Meh. What is our last known balance? If we can afford it, and still keep say.... 40 or 50 credits, that'd be great. But in all reality, what does it give us? Just trying to remember, Nonlethal and CDF? Neither of those is terribly useful at this point, as far as I know.

Nonlethal is pretty nice, as it allows doubly effective police, and we'll never be deprived of the ability to use police.

As far as what we can switch towards, I could use the spreadsheet if I had to, but I'd rather just open the turn on which we finish the trade and see what our possibilities are, then post the list in the forum.

Gaians start with -1, which just disallows nerve stapling, and can only lower it with Cybernetic, which will probably not be reached in this game. The inability to use Free Market removes tradeoffs and clarifies our strategy.

Trading the Angels Bio-Engineering for the next few turns would be a bad idea if we want to get the LV, since the Spartans probably have some interest in it, and they'd receive the tech from the PDL.

I checked on the Intellectual Integrity offer just yesterday or today.

MMI we could trade in
NonMath makes no real sense
Cyber is already by Sparta, so we could want it (if they don't trade)
PS is a good option as it opens the way to AAA, but I guess it can be stolen from Hive.
CE - do we really need it?
D:I - could want this.

In summary, all the choices are crap if we can get MMI from DA for Biogen (should I send an offer regarding this?), so we must choose which one is the least crap.

We need to ensure the Spartans don't get MMI from the PDL. Thus, either we or the Morganites must not discover/receive MMI.

Centauri Empathy might be helpful, since it will finally let us breed mind worms should we need them.

Doc: Init is a dead-end tech and would only give us cruisers/amphibious, which I don't see as worthwhile.

The rest are either useless or available through trade.

The no-trade for MMI is bad.
I think if Morgan gets it, Sparta will steal it anyways, so it must be for DA and Gaia who get this tech.

With PDL isn't infiltration required? If so, then as long as we are not Pacted with Sparta, they haven't infiltrated us, and they don't have the Empathic Guild (is EG disabled?) then they don't get free tech thru us.

AFAIK, the PDL does not require infiltration. Furthermore, the Spartans may have infiltrated us, since I don't think PBEMs inform infiltrated players. They had an opportunity during our brief war.
