No need to apologize, but now that the wall is built, do you have any way to prevent Jonny from building 3 more SS parts? Nukes are all but useless (as Muxec states Majestic is perhaps too powerful) and now attacking with armies is all but impossible.

Maybe a suggestion for next game would be a wonder which allowed attack without borders (example from this game would allow Muxec to attack Vlad despite being halfway around the world).

I look forward to seeing how this game plays out, and hopefully being a factor in the finale, but to be honest I don't know how it will end...have to wait and see I suppose.

Spaced- personally I think the Majestic-12 and GalOverlord are reasonably powered... however, if others support this: perhaps Majestic-12 evades all but 4 SDI's per nuke... I mean if a nation has coverage of 4 SDI's that's pretty good...

As for Tech 15 Wonder Idea- Fusion Power Plant
Gives you (Tech Level)*(#of Cities)= new gold
because the fusion power is more efficient and can produce more... therefore you make more income.

Tech 16 Wonder
(Hyperdomics Factory)
-Perpetual Motion machine.

-Creation of an Extra Space Shuttle Part
(This allows people who have only 2 shuttle parts to construct 2 more automatically on the next turn... 1 regualrly, 1 with this uber-productive factory

Tech 17 Inductive Pulse Field
(Global Defense Shield)
-Cities Immune to Nuclear Attack...

Tech 17 also allows (PlanetBuster Devices which destroy 4 squares of cities centered on one---> these devices cost [TO BE DETERMINED LATER] and require 4 SDI's to combat them fully. They can attack through the Global Defense Shield.

Actually no wonders exist beyond the 14th. I added that 15th and so on, but their (all of them) only function will be to destroy SS parts, after that they become obsolete.

And it is a space ship part, SS part, not an SSI improvement, whatever that is?

I agree to 16th and up level as they are not noted in the rules in the first post, but I'm fully against 15th wonder as it's said in the first post that it does not exist.

Yes they will count for cultural victory.....but the new formulas for winning will be build (total wonders available according to tech researched)/2 So you'll need to still build half of them, or build and conquer 2/3 of them.

Muxec, do you need for me to edit the rules post? This is a change just like wonders 16+.

The reason that is says that is we never had techs above 15 before this game (my new trial), and we never had a wonder for the last tech in the static 15 tech game. With me opening up the tech doors and saying that wonders above 15 and above will be the SS part sabotage wonders, that rule is invalid.

Am I making sense here?

If you add 16th wonder you do not directly violate the rules in 1st post. If you add 15th wonder you change the rules drastically. 15th wonder can exist in the next game but not here, IMO

I still don't see anything wrong with a 15th wonder... it's just that we never had to deal with this before.

I must need a new strategy for this game... this is the second game in a row where I was in a (relatively) strong position and then found myself on the receving end of a Docpile, at which point someone else won the game.

It's like Civ2; once you're number 1 everyone hates you.
