I was looking around to see what people where on which teams, and Aqua actually is listed for both Ankh-Morpork and DR.
Does that mean those two teams automatically have an Alliance?

The Horde would like to suggest that perhaps you continue your currency
research so that a trade of that technology may be discussed.
Finally, the offer to reveal all matters of your foreign policy to us intrigues
the Great Council immensely. Perhaps you could also supply details on your
vision as to how this would be implemented?
It is truly a Grand Alliance that you propose. Such items as this tend to go
against the thinking of the Horde as we are not, in general, desiring to
entangle ourselves in alliances. However, I would be pleased to present your

We have previously indicated to your Lord Khan Paddy that time has indeed marched onwards, and that we are no longer in need of a Code of Laws. Perhaps we need to restart our discussions on tech trade - where would you like to commence? It seems you are researching Construction and also have Literature to trade. Clearly Currency is more valuable than Literature, though we may be pleased to trade our Currency with your Construction. How many more turns until you acquire it?
On the longer term alliance, we are not seeking any specific military alliances - merely a non-aggression pact. This essentially guarantees that neither of us shall stick our noses into the military designs that the other has against any third party civs. For instance, we are curently at war with Euphorica (as you know) and you with Angh-Morpork. We would feel more secure if we knew that Euphorica could not tempt you into an alliance against us. I am sure you feel the same way about your us.
While it would seem in both of our interests to enter into such a non-aggression pact, I must advise that your Lord Khan Paddy's threats to execute our exploring Warrior for not moving in the direction he commanded (even though he is clearly out of the way of your advancing armies) has caused quite some consternation amongst the members of the Desolation Row High Council. We sincerely hope this was done in jest, since the threat of a fully-fledged war declaration against a Warrior wandering through neutral territory is hardly the act of a potential friend
