Ok I agree. But is that achievable.

First, we have to be in the race; which means knocking Yang down a level or two or growing extraordinarily.

Second, in a scenario where it is between Spartans and us we still have to secure votes. How does Yang Vote for instance if we have just assaulted the Hive. Abstain?

Thirdly, we have to try to avoid having the Spartans calling the elections if they think they will lose, but before we are in contention. Thus preventing Gov elections for another 20 years. A spoiling measure: giving Yang the Gov prize.

So, do we have a concensus now?

We offer a drop unit in return for a dropped clean former?
We could always say that they will have the drop ability some turns before we will have the clean ability back for they have to build one first.

But I'm ok with whatever clean unit they transfer to us provided we're sure that we can clone the ability on other sorts of units then.

If they want to trade a AAA + drop unit, I can go with that but then we should receive more then just the clean ability. At the very least there worldmap and/or some energy.

Drop Garrison (or cheapest drop garrision unit - for the speed maybe drop 1-1-1) for drop clean former.

It's the exchange of technology that is important not the defence armour ability. I presume the Gaians can engineer stronger units.

Ok if they are on board with that then we need also to specify the landing sites. Their site in the ruins seems the best or near it. As we are in Pact it should be OK.

And for us GeoMatrix I presume. However if the Gaians don't have a good map we will need to give the grid reference.

Pacted factions can't airdrop units in eachother bases when an Aerospace Complex is present? Are you sure?

But the risk for air attacks on GeoMatrix is low anyway.

simply to qualify we need to remove at least 28 votes from hive and add at least 29 to our own,presumably the votes we removed. if we begin an assault on hive spartans will join in resulting in their votes going up even faster as they have better troops and stuff. even popgrowth is on the side of sparta.just how do you proprose to get into the plangov? the only way i see is to knock the hive down enough just below us and then maintain a precarious grip on the Gov,assuming we can force yang to surrender to us before sparta.if sparta forcepacts yang they can elect themselves against all of us (261>203). the allies( ) would have to take 30 pop or so from yang and gain that amount to get the gov.thats assuming we still have pop high by then.

One thing is sure, if we give them drop ability, their war with the Hive will be much more to their benefit then without. What do you think? We start our attack on the Hive a bit sooner?
