I have finished 40 some games of Civ

(and won most of them)

with exerpeinced players (and like 5-6) games only take 6 hours or so

Anywho...Faded Glory you can't build a capitalist empire on an island with abundant natural resources unless you purposely destroy them all and then charge us for the food and materials that you monopolize on. Plus, we'd have the man power to destroy you and your catapult! (everyone knows that catapults have 6 offense, but only 1 defense )

Obviously, we're going to need a Police force of somesort. I humbly offer myself as Chief of Police.

My Reign will be fair, due process, etc.

Of course, if you gripe about Police Brutality, you may find yourself beaten up by "street thugs" on a regular basis.

Obviously, the Upper echlons will have to be Run by Texans (or at least those in college there). I forsee David Floyd as Minister of Commerce, and Devilmunchkin as.....uh...Minister of Culture.
