PH already stopped them.
You still have tens of groups attacking Israel. The Palestinian children are still taught that the Jews are the children of the monkeys and the pigs and that the Jews have no right to exist in this land, streets are still named after suicide bombers, the goverment is still 100% corrupt, people still live in poverty and under strict Islamic law. |
When are you going to realise that Pal extremism is of YOUR government's making? You've been screwing over the Pals for decades and thereby marginalising moderate voices and playing into the hands of extremists, delivering them support throughout the Arab world.
Israel is the problem, not the solution.
I tell you what is more likely than Israel being nuked. sooner of later Israel will be put under the kind of boycotts that South Africa was - your treatment of the Pals is little different from apartheid - you make them second class citiznes in their own country.
So no Eurovision, no sporting contacts, no trade, no economic ties. 30 or 40 years of that, maybe less, and you'll come around. Eventually the United States will walk away from you if you continue your current policies, as sure as night follows day.

Look on Egypt! Look on Lybia, on Pakistan, on Syria, on Afghanistan, on Saudi Arabia, on Iran, on Iraq! The rhethorics is identical, if not worse. The only difference is that they cant attack Israel, unlike the Palestinians.
It's not "occupation"(97% of the population under Pal control) that causes terror and hatred. It's the poverty, the corruption and the incitement.
If there are lots of moderates and only a few extremists and the occupation "marginalises moderate voices" in Palestine, why does it happen in the whole Arab world?

41%.
Yet, only 3 out of 100 Palestinians live under Israeli rule.

it's occupation of land, not people. |
The last time I checked the suicide bombers are humans, not trees and rocks.
Question : How many Palestinians live in the major cities in Judea&Samaria and how many in the villages?

Although anti-Semitism has never been absent from Europe (and is now on the rise again), I still don't think a majority of Europeans can be called anti-Semites. And there is still a lot of compassion with the Jewish victims of Nazi terror and mass murder.
What a majority of Europeans find hard to accept, however, is the new concept of the assertive Jew, the self-defending Jew, the Jew who uses power to ensure that the Jewish helplessness of the Nazi era, 1933-45, will never return. Only 60 years after Europeans killed six million Jews or stood by while they were being killed, their descendants see fit to once again support anti-Jewish terrorism. They do this under the guise of humanitarian concern for the "Palestinian people". It's easy though to show that many of them have an agenda which is anti-Zionist, or, worse, anti-Semite.
Why do anti-Israel protesters in Europe never fail to remind us that the territories have been occupied for 35 years now, while at the same time never reminding us of the developments that led to the Six Day War and the ensuing occupation (or giving a distorted description of these developments, branding Israel as the aggressor)? Why do they never fail to remind us that Sharon is a "war criminal", while at the same time glossing over the fact that the Sabra and Shatila murders were committed by Christian, Lebanese Arabs for reasons which had an entirely Lebanese character (a revenge for the murder of Christian Lebanese president Gemayel, for which the Christian Arabs blamed the PLO; later it turned out that Syria was behind it).
I have no problem with criticism of Israeli policies as such (I for one have always been against their settlement policies), but European criticism of Israel these days goes far beyond that, and is outrageously biased. I sympathize with those Americans, Canadians, Israelis, etc, who point this out on this forum.
