It's actually very easy to not speed. Just try it. 70mph doesn't actually feel much different to 80mph. See?

Can't admit he is in the wrong so he keeps trying to change the subject and tries to start a distracting flamewar

Part Five.
Finally figures out how stupid he looks, so he tries to get everybody to believe that he really is doing this just so his thread can get to 500 posts

Part Six.
Nobody believes it for a second, and all laugh at just how silly he looks.

From his whining... I would say yes. He actually sounded pissed that some cop "dared" pull him over for his actions... and then gave him an excessive ticket that he thought he didn't deserve. Every post made in the beginning indicates to me that it happened, and that he was really pissed about it.

Frankly, I don't think you knowing him gives you any kind of advantage. I'm still convinced that his first post was a serious one.

And since you know him, maybe you are just giving him the ONLY possible out by implying that he might have been kidding from the beginning... So even if you were to say he was kidding... I wouldn't believe it... because everything he has posted has it made it totally clear to all the posters here what kind of person he really is.

A few years ago, when I was living in Utah, there was a hill thta everybody knew was a speed trap. Whenever the cops stopped there and waited a certain person went out to the road and held up a sign that said:

" Speed trap ahead, slow down."

He got arrested for obstruction of justice, even though, in theory, speed traps are supposed to make people slow down.
