A state "crime" is whatever the elected state legislature says it is, so long as it doesn't expressly conflict with the Federal or state constitutions.

Where in the Constitution do you have the "right" to operate a motor vehicle on a public roadway at all? Let alone in violation of state statutes, whether relating to licensing, or exceeding the legal speed limit?

I would rather be young than old. Old people that sit on internet forums are creapy. Civ 3's target demographic was mid teens to early twenties. Why is anyone over the age of 25ish even here? Honestly you are the ones that shouldn't be here.
