I like the Fried Squid Pieces, but the thought of them with onions makes me shudder. In my valley in Los Piraneos near Andorra, we have a legend that the first man and the first woman lived in a beautiful valley with all sorts of trees and plants. One day the first woman picked an onion from the onion plant and gave it to the first man to eat, which he did. And soon after that the God came walking by and smelled their breath from afar and was so revolted by the stench that he banished them from the beautiful valley forevermore. And ever after when someone eats onions or slices them they cry for the memory of the beautiful valley.
So onions are against my religion. Will there be Onion-Free Fried Squid Pieces?

Of course we can give you onion-free squid slices, seņor!
But as they are let in the water for long times, these onions donīt make people cry... at least not that much. And for the smell, if these people knew of the great roman wine, and had drunk a small pot, they would see the smell of the onions be replaced by wonderfull alcoholic smell!

Alrighty! Well, El Squid Company now has FRIED SQUID PIECES!!
High Priest, here, I offer you the first free platter, in absense of our glorious leader, Togas. Of course, I would give it to you for free anyway, as I am a very religious man.
Senor Pikesfan, here is the Onion-Free Platter. The Onion-Free Platter has got no onions. I assure you, there are no onions on that Onion-Free Platter. The Onion-Free Platter is free of Onions. Free of Onions is the Onion-Free Platter.
Senor Mitchell, that guy slipped you a mickey, eh?

Senor High Priest, I only have the humblest of requests. That my business, for the glory of the Spanish people and government, may grow daily, and that I may use the money for the good of the people. Also, I pray that the spirits, their human servant, Francisco Tacticus, and my lord, Togas, may look favorably upon myself, my associates, and my works.

I've been away for a while and couldn't attend business here. My monkey scribe shows me quite a lot has happened so give me some time to read all things through.

I use the word 'money' for something with which people pay. Somehow I like the sound of the word - "mah-ni"... it sounds kind of lucrative.

Ah, but that shows the boy's an inquisitive and undertaking lad, not afraid of facing danger to get to know things.

Senors,
I, Hernan de History Guy Calamari, bid you all farewell forever. The time has come for me to depart, and I must. I shall become a wandering sage in the hills, living in deep contemplation, and hoping to become closer to the spirits in my late years. I can no longer in good conscience continue to make life a misery for mankind.
I leave the company to my son, Hernan the Younger. What he plans, I do not know. I am not even sure he plans much of anything as of yet, if at all, where such things are concerned. He was always more of a luxury-lover.
Petro, my amigo, here are several hundred bones. I want you to do some serious redecoration around here.
