The president and several other top members of the COnservative Coalition have been assassinated. The remaining leaders have denounced the "anarchists' and marxists' terrorist policies intended to destroy our nation."

COngress has chosen a new acting president and called for new elections for both Congress and the president in a few months.

occ: The reson for my abscense is that yesterday I found through a catscan I have a brain tumor. Now this as you can imagine isn;t something that you take lightly. Recently I have been in the wars. Usually when I don;t log in excepting Sundays it has to do with my health. I ask you all to tolerate this for time to time I will not be well enough to log on.

The US starts launching massive retaliations driving the Brazilians clean out of Florida. The newly built- up US Navy pushes the Latino Navies away from the US mainland. Argentinan troops are pushed back mercilessl;y and due to the anarchy in their nation major armies begin to surrender. The Argentinians seem to have lost spirit.

To Argentina and Brazil: We do not support you taking over neighbouring nations. You have done much we only seeked to unite with Panama for the benefit of all Americans. If you do not accept the terms in the post above we know you are only intrested in occupying the United States, Alaskan territory and Hawaii.

To paraphrase Brazil, check page 20' We are winning, why shouldn;t we take over parts of the US. We started this war and are winning why should the US benefit?'

February: the Italian troops in Mexico have withdrawd from there.

May: After the declaration of war, the Italian Navy had taken sea supremacy over the Western Mediterranean defeating the Spanish Navy off the coast of Majorca.

The Italian troops have quickly took over the islands... and have later landed near Valencia... finding however heavy resistance, and have managed to capture only a small village, which is now heavy defended by the Italian, and it is now used as the Italian Military HQ in Spain.

British officials are very frustated with the riots and acts of succession that they still can't figure out why they are happening. They have decreed that from now on, any nation may have reasonable autonomy if they DIPLOMATICALLY ASK for it, but if they riot or some such nonsense they will be denied. Police and military forces have been strengthened in the colonies where unrest seems likely in case anyone attempts to accomplish something through force.


Britain to Ottomans:

Since with our luck the Egyptians are likely to revolt soon anyway, we are passing over control of Egypt to you on the following conditions:

-We get moderate monetary compensation (nothing much, just enough to cover the costs of pulling out)

-British and Egyptian citizens shall retain all the rights they had under our rule, including freedom of movement, economic action, etc.

The Ottoman Army and navy pull out of mexico and move to spain to help Italy in its war they secure the Italian naval supremicy and expand the area controled by us by 3 miles. Also the Ottoman military is perparing for a break out of the area to overwelm the spanish.

To the US and Cuba: This is a proposed compromise. Cuba will be allowed to keep what it has captured in the Caribbean, but will pay some money for it. Otherwise I would accept your terms.

The Argentinian Navy has pushed the US ships back and controls most of the Caribbean now. A few reinforcements have been sent to Central America.

Cuba is willing to pay 40% on Aruban goods for the next 20 years for it's Carribean state of Aruba plus an additional 20% on net revenue from the sale of our new hemp-based products for the next 5 years. We trust this will appease the people of Holland.

With continued Cuban support, and the withdrawl of two major powers from Central America, the Cuban influence in Mexico and Central America is extremely prevalent. Nicaraguan government will be modeled and functioning within 5 years. (less with monetary aid from other Latin American nations)

The Cuban Army is now large.
The Cuban Economy is in Recession due to the army and all the payouts etc.

Cuban forces move into the Florida keys, hoping to help the Brazilian forces in Florida advance. Additionally, Cuban forces have established a beachead in Texas, which will be exploited if peace terms are not met.

Cuban Elections: Polls show the Warhawk party ahead of the Cuban Union Party by 6%.

Party Stances:
Warhawks- Desire conquest of new territories in and outside of the Carribean to expand Cuban influence and trading prowess.

Cuban Union Party- Current Party in Power, desires a united Carribean, but is less likely to use force. Does not support prolonged war. Has used recent battles as a means to appease the warhawks.

To Italy and the Ottoman Empire: We applaud your withdrawl from America, it seems that some of the old world is capable of keeping their thirsty eyes off of America's nearly untapped well of resources.

To Cuba: I don't beleive that my friends in Holland would be willing to even say they would declare war on you unless it was quite serious. Note that there is a major oil refinery on Aruba. We will wait and see the reaction of the Dutch is before taking action.

The Brazillians halt and begin fortifications, from Clearwater to Cape Canaveral.

To The American Alliance: We shall sign this peace then. Let the Central Americans unite. I ask that you do not acquire more South American territory lest you become like the Europeans. I ask that you also withdraw from our territory at once.

To Cuba: Peace has been signed. However anymore acquirng of territory will result in that war being restarted. We hold no grudge on the Cuban people but do not wish to see European problems brought here. However if it comes to war we shall back any American nation if Europe decides to interfere.

To Japan: The Philipines shall be ours. We never signed them over to you but put them on a lease. Read the fineprint if you don;t believe us. American forces in the Philipines have been told to liberate it from your prescence after one year.

To the US: Thank you for accepting the treaty.

The Central American government has finally been completely set up. All troops and ships in the north have been returned to ARgentina, except 10 ships left to keep a minor naval presence.

To Cuba, Brazil, and Venezuela: (SECRET) The time has come for the great Latin American Alliance to unite all of Latin AMerica. So far, all we lack is a few islands in te Caribbean, Ecuador, the Guyanas, Central America, and Mexico. Acquiring Ecuador shouldn't be too hard, and we can probably easily get CEntral AMerica to join our Alliance. The GUyanas can most likely be negotiated for, and probably the caribbean islands can be negotiated foir or swallowed up like we will do to Ecuador. So the only real problem then is Mexico. I propose that we help the rebels. We will be seen as helping democratic movements, which will help our reputations. And then if (hopefully when) the rebels win they will be indebted to us and ally with us.
