Sheep, please try not to take this seriously. No one (at least that I know of) is out to personally screw you over or anything like that, I doubt anyone is attacking you out of personal animosity. If you feel that someone has made an unrealistic claim, feel free to bring that up, but don't take it as a personal afront. This is supposed to be enjoyable, and we all want it to continue, so even if it looks like we're beating on you we're actually just doing our best to reach the balance between having enough action and conflict and making it so opressive that its only fun for one side. Please keep this in mind.

The U.S. has agreed to the conditions we set forth, we are now going to try to make peace. We suggest you do the same. It is not an unreasonable demand now for the U.S. to be left in peace, wherever the blame falls, they have suffered from this war as much or more than you have. Causing them more unnecessary suffering would only cause more resentment which is disadvantageous in the long run.

Thanks to a combined attack by the Ottoman and Italian Army, and thanks to the strategical advantage that Ottoman Airplanes gave to the allied army, revealing all troops position, Bucarest, the last stronghold in the Balkans, have fallen.

The Balkan War was over, and in this war airplanes were used for the first time, showing to the world how good those new machines can be, used as a recon unit.

Although the Italian Prime Minister, Giovanni Giolitti, believe that those airplanes can be very good also for other purposes, maybe by putting a rifle on them, they could act as a flying infantry.

Agreed, what we find most important is that basic laws of humanity and economic justice remain in place as well as any British citizen having each and every right as is granted to your own citizens, and vice versa. In Argentina more Conservatives and Reformers have defected to the Unionists. The liberal coalition now controls Congress.

President of Argentina to the World: COming into this war our only objective was to liberate Central America. But as the US continued to refuse any reasonable peace, we have come to also require reparations to make up for the economic damage this war has done to us. We will not accept any peace without these reparations.

Argentinian Congressional leaders to the World: The only reason this war continues is that the Conservatives and Reformers are unwilling to accept any reasonable peace. As long as they control the presidency (until the next election, hopefully), we cannot do anything, but let it be known to the world that the Congress and people of Argentina are ready for peace without reparations and instead only certain restrictions on the US's military (limited number of subs, no bigger than a small airforce) and a pledge from them to never again attempt to gain control of any part of Latin America.

Riots have erupted in Buenos Aires and Santiago. Several leaders of teh Marxist Party have been arrested for their alleged incitement of the chaos.

The remaining Argentinian troops in the US have left by ship to Cuba and Central America.

OCC: I'm thinking of starting an NES my self called, NNES The Fall, I know there is a waiting list. I want to know what you think. It'll be based around the time of the fall of Rome it will have many nations. I'm wondering if it should be at the time Rome is split in two nations or at the time when its still one? Japan's army is modernizing, and work on constructing an Imperial Navy is continued. China is quietly becoming more and more dominated by Tokyo. The Phillippenes are swarming with Japanese infantry, though the natives see little difference between them and the Americans.

The Japanese government, awash in cash, will go on a massive spending spree for the next few years. The following projects will receive funding

a) The Navy
b) Industrialising China and the Philippenes
c) Enormous rehaul of the education system. In 10-20 years will hppefully pay itself off 10-fold
d) further research into submarines
e) To help resolve conflicts in the Americas, Japan has pledged millions of yen to the countries involved, especially the US.

To pay for these, the Japanese economy will lose its world leading status a few levels to prosperous.

Cuba invites the Nations of North, Central, and South America to talk peace over fine Cuban cigars. Cuba's official stance on the war is that it is no longer necessary, and seeing as no cuban bullet was fired against either side in anger, Cuba would like to aid Central America as far as government establishment goes.

Cuban (compromise) peace terms:

1. Recognizing that the war caused economic harm to both sides, Cuba proposes a forced trade agreement between the AA and the USA, so that each country is helping the other. This will do the following.
A. Promote economic growth and the production of capital goods.
B. Help ease tensions between the two sides.
C. Ensure that each nation has basic intelligence on the other in regards to ports and navies etc.

2. The continental United States, and Alaska will return to American Control.

3. All armed forces taken captive will be released unharmed. (if the nations wish, Cuba will conduct interviews with prisoners to determine whether or not POW treatment violated the rules of war, and assess damages based soley on that.)


Should peace not happen, Cuba will take the following action:

1. Prevent the docking of non-cuban military ships in it's harbors, as warships are now against Cuba's national interest, and pose a threat to our sovereignty.
We feel that this will help stop the war
This will also prevent Cuba from the image of South America's puppet.
