We should not try to take control of the whole country, only force them to surrender. We want to stop their aggression and avoid future aggression from them, not conquer them. Thus I will invade Central America and the west coast, and Venezuela an dBRazil will invade the Caribbian and the Southeast, and you will lead the main drive towards Wahsington. If we can get the core of the population and the core of the government we will have them under control.
