We request to set up a joint space program with all of our nations. We can use what we learn from this project to build ICBMs and other wepaons. Also they could have other applications as well.

Chinese officals today annouced plans to refrom the coutries economy. The government will soon sell off the various business that are now owned by the government. Also private ownership of bussiness and good will be allowed, and many other government regulations on the economy will be lifted.

Poland has discovered why all of it's submarines have been sinking, the Polish engineered screen doors were leaky, the Polish navy has changed it's submarine doors to the heavier Russian engineered design.
Polish spies have uncovered pictures of the German Prime Minister beating on a Jewish man with a stick, Poland declares Germany a facist state, all Germans who wish to flee will be granted amnesty within the Polish borders, meanwhile, A defensive line is being built along the German border, large trenches have been dug, and anti-tank mines should be in place completely in 2 years. Anti Aircraft batteries are also being installed.
To the world: Germany is beating Jews with sticks!!! We must stop these atrocities before they escalate again!!
To the United States: Why haven't you allowed your congress to vote? Remember, you are not a dictator!
To Warsaw Pact Nations: I guess we are the only ones who read the armistice treaty, especially after viewing the military buildup of Italy and Germany.
Our biggest threats (secret):
1. Germany- This threat must be neutralized as per reasons previously stated.
2. The USA- They have an unpredictable leader who seems uncharacteristicly inclined towards war, especially for a leader of a democratic nation, from what I can ascertain, he's made the United States a dictatorship.
3. Italy and Britain- I would expect these two countries to join any attack against us.

Something Poland might not now is that since the first armistice of 3 September 1943, Italy was still allowed to have a powerful military and navy, in exchange for us to declare war on the nazis, which we did on 8 September 1943.
So as you see we have fully respected the armistice, and we will keep going on our military build up until the Italian citizens will not feel threatened anymore.

It looks to us that Poland is trying everything in their power to start a new war, Italy does not want it, as we are still recovering from the last one, and it is strange to see that a country such as Poland, which suffered greatly from WW2 is so willing to start a new one.

News:
Thanks to the help received from the United States, the Italian Repubblic economy is growing more than ever.
Unemployment is at an historical minimum thanks to the many canteers opened by the government in order to rebuild the country from after the war.
the Car, Aereospace and Steel industries have also received a lot of monet from the government and have granted their workers a huge salary increase, this have lead to a big boom on the purchasing done by the Italians on American Italian and other Europeans goods.
As a sign of gratitude towards her American ally, the Stars and Stripes is now waving other every Government building together with the Italian Tricolor.
Also the Air Force and Navy enlargment received a huse sum of money, effectively decreasing the time of completion of 2 years

OOC:
Here is the little i found on Neutron Bombs.
They are designed to give off high levels of radiation(neutrons) to kill people and troops that are procted by armored vehicles. This is done by removing the uranium that surrounds the core of a fusion bomb, alowing the nuetrons that are released from the explusion to flow freely instead of beging absored by the uranium. It also reduces the amount of fallout that is produce by a large ammount, which leaves the area that was hit intact so to speak while the people would be dead.

Thus Sheep you can't start devoloping Neutron bomb yet. YOu need to get Hydrogen Bomb first, that is how they came up witht the idea of a neutron bomb in the first place, and it came close to being made in 1970's, but i think they never made it, at least the US is said to not have.

We are not moving troops into your nation to help guard againts a German invasion. China wishes to take this matter to the UN and force Germany to obey the treaties they signed to end WWII. We sugest trade restictions on Germany and if neccassary force, and would like the UN to back this. We are now introducing a resultion into the General Assembly/

Germany to UN: For obvious reasons, we vote against economic sanctions on us. We have not harmed or theatened any other nation, nor our own people.
Germany to Poland: We are baffled by your apparent determination to pick a fight with us. What have we done to you?
Germany to NATO: We request the presence of NATO troops in Germany in order to defend us against a Polish invasion, should it come. We also request that you support us against the Polish UN resolution which would cut off trade with us and cripple our still-fragile economy.
Germany - Domestic Policy:
Moe than 300 former SS officers convicted of playing a part in the Holocaust were just executed, in the last use of capital punishment before it's illegalisation. Among them was Eichmann, abducted from Argentina to stand trial.
Germany - Production:
Germany is using the American Marshall Plan aid to begin a major expansion of all important industries, including agriculture, steel, iron, coal, and manufacturing and mining in general. We expect to bring our economy back up to the level of a First world country within five years.
We are also beginning a program of expanding fortifications along the Polish border, and positioning our artillery and troops in such a way as to create 'killing grounds' for Polish troops if they invade.
Finally, we are now upgrading our army to Large size, in response to the Polish buildup; we expect to complete it within 3 years.
