To the World:
The Nation of Poland regrets to inform the world that 200 sailors have needlessly died in a submarine after they forgot to shut the screen door.
To the Warsaw Pact Nations:
You guys rock!! Would someone be willing to provide machinery and/or weapons to be used in the defense of the Capital of our nation, not only because The Land of Poles is concerned for it's population, but also because, should the evil NATO alliance choose to make an attack, their economic buildup is the first sign they are preparing one, Warsaw would be seen as a symbol of Communism, and would be invaded as soon as possible.
To Warsaw Pact + Canada:
We also report that we have successfully launched many bunnies into orbit, as we speak their beady eyes are staring mercilessly down the shirts of big breasted American women- they think they're people!! We would like to collaborate our extraterrestrial exploration with the other Warsaw Pact nations, and the great nation of Canada as well.
To Germany and former Axis nations: We are well aware of your nation's atrocities against our people in World War 2, we will make sure by any means necessary that you do not increase your armed forces to an extent that could lead to the invasion of our country, you would be best advised to avoid military operations at all, for then the great nation of Poland can take you off it's list of threats.
((OOC: Can nobody pull a Thrusters and Nuke everything?
I'm assuming this is post WW2 again like the first time, in which case I believe I'm allowed to view any troop movement in Germany and/or troop buildup as a clear and present threat to Poland, and an attack would be acceptable. Otherwise, I like the turnout for this game, and if I get distracted and don't post for like 2 days PM me, because I'll see PMs before I'd remember to come here.))

Chinese officals announced today plans on creating a new Chinese Airforce. Founding for the purchase of Russian MIGs is now in the bugget as well as long ranged bombers. Once USSR aproves this deal, China can start expanding the airforce.
(Once USSR says yes, it will take 6 years to reach Medium in size.)

To China: Request granted, plans and materials for 3 warheads are being sent nonstop through the USSR via a secure route, you should be recieving them shortly.
To the World: Germany has violated the World War II armistice treaty in the reopening of it's weapons facilities, Poland is redoubling it's already established war production to counteract the German Buildup, it is estimated that we will be able to easily reach a large status in Army, Naval, and Air forces within that same time period. Poland wishes for peace, but will NOT be caught offguard by the Germans again!
To Warsaw Pact Nations (secret): Germany poses the most serious threat at the moment due to their proximity to our main seats of power and the fact that they are mobilizing for war in clear violation of the Armistice treaty for World War II. They did a similar thing after World War I, they cannot be trusted.
To the United States of America: Remember, hostilities with Canada mean hostilities with the USSR, Poland, China, and South Africa in accordance with the Warsaw Pact, I have been authorized by the Canadian premier to make you fully aware of this fact. Remember, you are not the dictator of the western world.
Poland is currently in the process of putting all Polish nuclear weapons in top secret locations, using a seismic total retaliation trigger, so that Polish warheads will be deployed against the capitals of all current NATO countries, as well as several large production areas, should Warsaw or any area within 100 miles of a nuclear site be hit with an atomic bomb.
This should be perfected in 4 years.
Note: Concern should be taken with the fact that Poland can now hit any location on the planet with a nuclear missile, and as the only nation with a working Space program, is the only nation with such a capability.

To World: We have not violated the armistice, as we have not mobilized for war. We are merely attempting to build up our military to a level at which we can adequately defend ourselves - for how are we supposed to do that without an air force? Why should we be held to a different standard than anywhere else? Hitler is dead and the Nazis are in hiding. We make no threats or deamnds to the nations of Europe, except to be left in peace and not endlessly hounded for the crimes of our predecessors - after all, where is the outrage over the Soviet genocides in the 1930s? Or the wholesale expulsion of the German people from the areas of Germany annexed by Poland?

Sputnik didn't launch until 1957 - and if anything Germany and the other western powers should be advancing in this at a faster rate than you - after all, we do have von Braun, et al.

In response to the initiation of the Polish space program, Germany will begin it's own efforts in this area, although our fragile economy is likely to retard progress somewhat.

China once plans for the nuclear weapons are recieved will begun a nuclear weapons build up. We have begun construction on 4 nuclear power plants and Uranium process plants to beguning making the matterials we need to build up our nuclear weapons.
To Warsaw pact(secret):
If needed the Chinese millitary can be moloblized for any conflict that may come our way. We must keep a close eye on Germany.
