The idea behind the United Nations resolution to impose sanctions on Germany is so that focus can be made in rebounding the peoples' lives after the war, not building monstrosities of capitalist weaponry, initial German buildup, combined with Germany's many atrocities (which dwarf all of Poland's by comparison) has forced the peaceful Polish to mobilize for war, although there have only been defensive upgrades, the German army is creating a larger offensive force!! His demented facist capitalist pig dogma is doing nothing but forcing Europe into war! We must withold the source of his weapons and funding... To Warsaw Pact: You have full USSR support.

To Germany: Through the ordeal we have remained silent, while you accuse us of such atrocities similar to your own. That is an outrage! You insult the USSR while we did nothing to provoke such a thing. Now we have seen the error, and agree with our allies that German military build up is illegal and against the armistice treaty you signed after you dragged the whole world into war, and millions of lives were lost because of it. We will not sit idle as before while Germany again rebuilds its strength to a capacity that could repeat the unleashment of the dogs of war. Therefore, we demand you halt your miltary buildup and demoblize or actions will be taken that were not taken during Hitler's buildup. China votes yay on economic scantions on Germany

To UN:
We must move now to stop Germany and the United States where greed runs everything from starting anther world war. The world stood by before and watched for years as Hitler build up his forces hoping to apease him into peace. Now a few years after Germany is now doing the very same thing again. We must stop them before it is too late to do so. NATO can protect Germany, their is no need for them to undergo such a massive millitary build up and is illiegal according to the treaty they signed to end WWII.

OOC: Distance, the relatively poor state of transport across Siberia, and the very poor state of the Chinese economy. I suppose it could be done if you spent years on it, but the results would be catastrophic for China. You're having enough eocnomic problems without adding to them by sending that many troops out of the country.

The Polish army is upraded, and troops filled with a sense of national pride have swelled it's numbers to large status, military experts estimate that the Polish army can easily defeat any NATO army in Europe from a defensive position, and can win any attack against a large moderately defended early-modern army.

Poland is upgrading it's airforce to Canadian Arrows, after looking at the plans, in conjunction with Warsaw's free exchange of technological info, Polish aeronautics experts found that the Avro is similar to the current mig fighter in many respects, the Polish upgrade will be sufficient to stop any NATO bombing runs (short of a total NATO bombing run) in conjunction with the AA batteries already in place, within a year.
