We sugest you give up and sign the peace treaty. China has no interst in the Americas, only Asia. We view the Americas the sphere of influence of the United States, while we see Asia the sphere of influence of China. Canada though cannot change from Communism. They wish to be communist so let the people of Canada countinue to be communist.

India to China:
As a sign that we can peacefully cooperate, we would like to normalize trade and invest/set up businesses in your country.
India to Gemany (SECRET) :
(you can pass this on to Poland if you think its a good idea)
Your plan was fine, but Communist interest in the region changes things, so here is what we suggest:
We (India) take: Iran, Oman, UAE, all land within 50 miles of the Persian Gulf
Communists divide amongst themselves however they see fit: Yemen, Saudi Arabia excluding coastline, Turkmenistan, Afghanistan
Germany takes everything else (although Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia already are part of the USSR)

To India:
In recent events we may not attack. The lands that belong to Japan belong to them still. As well as any rescources that lie with in those territories. We will still keep the troops in the region to show you we mean what we say. We think that you should talk to the current Japanese government about this. We though we want peace over war.
To Germany:
The frims can come now but will be limited in what they can do and will need government approval on a case by case basis. Not untill the reforms have take place and Chinese business are set up we will allow your firms more freedom in their opperations in China.

France-Diplomacy
(OOC: We are ignoring anything about doomsday devices)
France to World: France is hereby leaving NATO. Not only is NATO weakening, the US government has gone insane.
France to Poland(secret): We will join the Italian Civil War on the communist side if you will help us defeat the Fascist rebels in South America.
France to Germany: The French Space Agency is willing to launch German sattelites into space. Also, would you be interested in creating a joint French-German manned mission to the moon?
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
France- Domestic Affairs
- Elections were held as promised, and Jean-Paul d'Avignon and his Socialist party won the election in a landslide victory. The socialist party was able to get even more of the vote thanks to a small recession right before the end of de Gaulle's term, lowering his approval rating even more.
- The socialist party's first goal is to nationalize all of the transportation industry, all of the utilities, all of the educational facilities, and all of the healthcare facilities. They also plan to slightly raise taxes, but in return they promise a much better health and education system.
- All upgrades continue on time, the army upgrade is complete.
- More French forces arrive on the border of the "Rebel Republic" in South America.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
France- Statistics (1965)
Huge Army
Medium Navy (upgrading to large in 3 years)
Medium Airforce (upgrading to large in 1 years)
Small Nukes
Govt: Socialist Democracy
President: Jean-Paul d'Avignon (Jonny)
Tech Level: Early Modern
MPP's: none
War: none

We would like to praise the French government for making such a move. The United States no longer see reason and we must stop them before they are able to destroy the world. We would also like to improve trading with our nations.

Germany - Diplomacy:
To China: Very well. the businesses requesting entry are:
Several banks, who wish to set up offices in major cities.
German National Airways, which wants to extend services to China, and sell you civilian aircraft.
Heckler & Koch (small arms division), which would like to set up contracts with your miltiary, and sell to anyone who's permitted to buy weapons.
A number of agricultural companies, who would like to buy rice from you, and sell you agricultural implements.
To France: We would be very interested in making a deal over satellites, and also in sending a joint mission to the moon. Let us show the world that communists aren't the only ones who will reach for the stars.
Also, now that you have quit NATO, would you be interested in joining the alliance between us and India? This would be an addition to the security of all our nations, and we would also eb willing to sell you our new 'Whirlwind' fighter, which is the most advanced in the world at this point in time.

India to Germany (SECRET) :
we can make modifications to the plan, no problem, but we think it makes more sense to have clear defined regions of control, the simpler the better. So if you want Saudi Arabia, you're welcome to it. You can have Kuwait as well if its important to you, but we think that it make sense to leave parts of it to us (however much is within 50 miles of the sea). We also assume that the oil deposits that are in the sea will be left to us, but that of course can be negotiated.
to China:
What exactly is it you want us to do? We won't lie, Malaysia and Indonesia are effectively part of India now, but that was entirely their choice and they still retian autonomy and we don't force anything on them. Both sides are benefiting from our union, we think that makes it just. These places that clearly chose our system of government and economics, just aren't going to be handed over to communists, but we're sure there is some way we can work out a transfer of at least most of the territory if that's what you really want.

To India:
We want to be sure that our nation first off will have acess to oil and other resouces that China and Japan will need. Second we do not want the territory our allies, the Japanese want the territories back. For now we will seek peacefull means to settle this. But as long as we have the resouces we need and Japan is payed for the lose then we would call it even for now.

TO Germany:
As we have said that we are willing to part with the claims to these lands if Japan is paid for them at a reasonable price and that China and Japan has acess to the resouces in those lands as well as in the Middle East.

To India (secret): Most of Saudi Arabia is of little concern to us anyway, what we're after is the oil. If we can have that, and the territory we need to make defensible, you can have Kuwait and the coast of Iraq, and the communists can have the rest.

To Germany:
The banks will be able to set up branches in 3 years time. They can now proceed with finding a site for the branches and other work that they need to do before setting up opperations.
German National Airways, as with all airlines will only be able to handle international flights into Chinese cities. Domestic flights will be handled by the Chenese national Airline. We may consider bying planes as the need asires for our new airline.
Heckler & Koch cannont sell arms to the millitary etheir they are made in China or bought from our allies, such as the Soviet Union. Thus they will not be able to sell weapons in China.
Agricultural companies can start to buy rice from us and we would like to pruchase the agricultural implements your companies wish to sell and other technologies that will bost food production.
ooc:
You dont have to list all the companies that want to come to China, I dont mean I want to approve of all of them myself. I would assume that they would start to come and the government would look to see what they can and cant do, that I would not personally write all of it down.

To Germany and India:
We are starting to be aware of your efforts to controll the oil supply of the middle east. We want a share in this. We warn you not to give the communist nations the short end of the stick or we will insure that we get the oil that we need.

To Germany:
We never felt threaten. But from certain messages sent to Polland and a recent public message made to India makes us wonder what you plans for the Middle East are. The Middle East according to some scientist we have talked to has 80% of the world's oil supply, and we would like a share in it too. Our oil companies want to start dirlling in the area. We think keeping the area independent would be best for all.

oh, well then nvm, but China would be very upset if you left them with out any oil. Maybe even to the point of using force to get the oil they need.
