Poland will relinquish the Floridian lands if the USSA allows the troops currently defending the zone to have land passage to Mexico.

Poland believes that the USSA is sincere in it's communism, and will allow the USSA into Warsaw.

Poland is warning the world that an American Reversion to Democracy will result in a Polish invasion which will result in troop buildups that violate the treaty with Germany, we assure all that if the Americans become a Democracy once more, the additional Polish troops will pose no threat to nations in Europe. However, we will allow the Americans to do what they will... for now.

Yes we would like to join this alliance and Japan will too as well.(I have troops occupying Japan and they do not dare to go against China). We have seen that our allies in the Warsaw pact have turned on us. We will support you in this move. We must get the USSA on our side and push Polland out of South America. Avro Arrow Z class is under development, it is light , fast and cheap to the nth degree. They may not be able to take much punishment, but they can escape that punishment. We are also developing Avro Javelins A new class of bomber, which is not light, but hardly slow on the scale of bombers. It carries twin bombs that can together wipe out several city blocks, in addition to smaller rockets for smaller obstacles.

India now controls all of southern Iran, and the military is attempting to push into northern Iran, but has been temporarily stalled due to heavier than expected resistance. The Indian navy has cleared most of the Iraqi and Persian ships out of the Persian Gulf and Arabian Sea with only moderate losses. Orders for new ships will soon bring the navy back up to strength. With the way cleared, amphibious landings have been made in Oman and UAE and the Indians are progressing well against light resistance.

France to Warsaw Pact Members(secret): We wish to join the Warsaw Pact. We must work together to stop the evil Beijing Alliance!

France to India and Germany(secret): Be cautious of the evil Beijing Alliance. They may claim that they want to work together with you, but they really want to take you over.

France to USSA(secret): Do not join the evil Bejing Alliance, they are not to be trusted. Instead, join the Warsaw Pact. We also would like permission to station forces inside your country to defend against the evil Canadians.

- All upgrades continue on time, the air force upgrade upgrade is complete.

- The Space program continues on time, the unmanned mission to the Moon will occur next year; the manned mission will occur 2 years after the unmanned mission.

- 2 Years after Jean-Paul d'Avignon began his mission to nationalize several of the nation's biggest industries, the mission is complete, and is already reaping benefits. Scores on standardized tests in schools have begun to rise, and health care is getting better and cheaper.

France - Military
- The Rebel Republic of South America has fallen! Their forces were weak and unsupplied, and were easily defeated. French forces also had an easy time taking back the land becuase many of the people in the regions were not Rebel supporters. Canadian resupply ships tried to bring supplies to the rebels, but they were unable to reach the rebels due to a French blockade of Rebel ports. It is important to note that no Canadian transport ships were fired upon, as we try to attack only armed ships, and try to aviod civlian casualties.

- French forces are making progress against the Central American Empire. Chile and Bolivia have fallen to French forces, and they are now moving north. The French forces should meet up with Polish forces in Panama in 1-2 years.

- French ships, especially French submarines, are located throughout the Atlantic Ocean. Several carriers are headed to the Canadian coast.

The people of the USSA have given the Polish army quick route to the Mexican border. Then they announced they are shedding all light of democracy as Premier Sheep was overthrown by his brother. Chairman Sheep now runs the People's Union of America.

The PUA has announced that they will join the new Beijing Alliance and ask for it to be called True Communist Alliance. As a warning to any Polish units attempting to correct this, the American Army has deployed yet more regiments on the Mexican border, and has moved another two carrier fleets to within striking range of Poland proper.

The addition of a quarter of Poland's army in Mexico has resulted in a swift conquering of that land, and the troops were able to connect with supply routes in Panama and the newly conquered French territory. South and Central America no longer bear the burden of ineffective government dictated to by a North American tinpot warmongering tyrant!!

Poland agrees to joint tech with the USSR and asks that all nations in the Safe World Alliance join in this, with our combined power, Beijing will not be able to stop us.

Polish submarines lay a sneak attack on the flanks of the American Cruisers currently blocading our troops, as it has cut off all carribean nations from the imported goods they need to survive.

Poland calls for immediate economic sanctions against the United States and Canada from all nations of the world, non-compliant nations will hereby be viewed as hostile.

Germany - Diplomacy:

To France (secret): We share your fears about the Beijing Alliance, but we don't want to jeorpardise our business interests in China unless it is necessary. Thus, we will refrain from anti-Chinese rhetoric and from taking actions that would help them militarily, but we will join the alliance against them and their friends.

To Poland (secret): We agree wtih you on the Chinese threat, and will probably join your alliance. We also agree that a joint military buildup would serve the interests of both our nations, especially an additional nuclear buildup, which would reduce our dependancy on larger nations for defence.

To USSR: We thank you for your statement of support for our efforts to defend our interests in the Middle East. To help show that our actions are not intended to threaten your oil supplies, we would like to offer our help in your development of your own oil fields, thus reducing your need for oil from the Middle east.

To India (secret): We are currently developing a more advanced version of the Me-15, the Me-15c, which is substantially faster than the original, with more advanced computer systems and a greater weapons payload. If you wish, we can upgrade your current stock of aircraft for you as development proceeds, and can also offer you a part of the project, although all information must remain strictly confidential, as we are sure you will understand.

To China (secret): We must decline your offer of membership in the Beijing Alliance for now. We are still considering our position on the matter of which side to join; we will get back to you when we make our decision.

Germany - Production:

Germany is (secretly) beginning a program to upgrade the Me-15 to the Me-15c, as described in the communication to India. This should be complete in two years time; further upgrades will continue.

Germany - Military Actions:

The German military has now taken control of all of Lebanon, along with most of Syria and all of Palestine to the borders of Egypt. German troops have occupied Damascus, and marched into Jerusalem, where they have found that dozens have been killed in violence between the Arab and Jewish inhabitants. A curefew has been imposed while German commanders negotitate with leader son both sides to try to restore peace.

Meanwhile, German troops have also landed along the coast of southern Turkey, which has erupted in revolt against the now near-powerless regime in Baghdad. Turkish seperatists have welcomed German tanks into Adana, and are fighting for control over Ankara. German paratroop landings have swung the battle in their favour.

As a result of these successes and the uncontested power of the German air force, much of Iraq has dissolved into riots, spurre don by German intelligence agents. What is left of the Iraqi miltiary is now completely immobolized as it faces a state of open revolt throughout most of the nation.
