We would like to buy a aircraft carrier from you for testing. We are considering designing our own and wish to see how these ships will work and such. We would also like to join your project of developing naval aircraft as well.

We can send you our best tanks, and adivosors to train your men in their use. This is the same tank the German army uses and we think that these will help greatly in your fight against the rebels. We ask though that once the war is over that you return the tanks that are still intact and pay for any tanks that are lost. We can also help in giving other supplies to your men as well.

To United States:
We will not enter in a war with you or against you. We can see why you want the Americas for your self, but this constant waring that enage in all the time is not good for your people or the people of Canada.

Italian troops have been ordered to go to Russia to help the Czar to go back on power, and to crush the rebellions, troops sent there are now helping the Germans to rebuild the Trans-siberian railroad from the damages caused by the rebels.

The Italian Navy is now being sent off the coast of Wales, to report to the British Admirals, and to help them in any operation they are going to take (OOC: basically a large part of the Italian Navy is now under the temporary control of Britain)

To Austria (secret): We would be willing to sell you ana ircraft carrier (for a price, of course), but you shoudl be warned that we haven't managed to iron out all the bugs yet. We are devleoping planes specifically to use carriers, but this project is still incomplete.

To France (secret): We will allow you to take back your land in France itself, but not beyond. The occupied lands in Spain belong to Portugal by right of conquest, but you have every right to take back your territory which was taken from you. We will ask Portugal to withdraw voluntarily and avoid war.

To Portugal (secret): We suggest that you accept the French terms and withdraw from France. We just ended a war with France, and ahve no desire tor estart it, particularly with a war with America looming; and given that you are in occupation of French territory, our alliance does not apply so long as the French do not leave their own territory.

To USA: We are giving you a period of another 12 months to cease submarine warfare in the Atlantic and pay reparations to the shipping companies who have been harmed by your actions, or Germany will go beyond naval support and send troops to your homeland.

Germany - Military Actions:

german troops in Vladivostok, cut off from their supply lines witht he desturction of the railroad, are now being fed and supplied by the firs tmajor airlift in history. Using a network of airfields across Russia, German supply planes are flying food, fuelk and ammunition to the troops in vast quantities, which will allow them to survive until the railroad is rebuilt.in the meantime, they are repairing the harbour at Vladivostok to restore Russian access to the Pacific.

In wetsern Russia, German soldiers have intervened once again to put down the pro-independance rebels in Scandanavia, but the troops are gettign dangerously weary of, as one of them put it, "Doing for the Czar what he should be doing for himself." Although there have been no incidents of troops refusing orders, there is much less enthusiasm than previously. In response, the troops are being allowed more and longe rperiods of home elave, and troop numbers are being drawn down and replaced by Russians.

Finally, in the Atlantic, the US blockade around Britain proper has been effectively eliminated, allowing free shipping to come frome everywhere except North America.

Rebellions in Uzbekistan
It is umpredictable to say where the rebels are going to strike, the German and now the Italian armies are fighting everywhere to protect the power of the Czar, but it seems those rebels are just everywhere, too much and too determined to be crushed, this time it was the city of Tashkent to be completely destroyed by the rebels.
Also another major rebellion sparked in Grozny, but they were stoped as the Police leader of Grozny have managed to lock most rebels in an area of the city, and then burned that part of the city.

With great manpower being aplied the Canadian Army has been driven from the cities of Vancouver, Winnipeg, Toronto and Ottowa. Edmonton the last great city uncaptured is seeing heavy fighting in the suburbs.

With the loss of these cities especially Winnipeg the rail system in Canada has been efectively destroyed. The American holding of the lines prevent shipments getting to the army, those that manage the preliorus gauntlet of American submairnews some 2500 of the operating in the Atlantic another 800 in the Pacific. The US commander General Douglas MacAuthur has called for the surrender of the British Army in the occupied Canadian territories and this offer will expire in 4 weeks (2 hours in RL) If this offer expires we shall encircle Edmonton the last stronghold of the British and finnish the British occupation of North America once and for all!

If Qubec had accepted that offer they would still be in the commonwealh, they are not willing to have any ties with London.
