After Many Trails Ethopia has finally united all villages for many days unders its rule. However hearing rumors of more advanced people to the North and West, King Eon has sent a delagation to the Egyptians and those who live in the Congo. While these delegates were leaving our nation they were suddenly attacked by unknown parties. The Delegation to Egypt continued onward while that destined for the Congo was forced to turn back. The Slow responce of the mililtary to this attack has shown us the need for better internal travel. So the Great King has decided to build a great road system that will last the ages. In addition to the system of roads a network of signal Stations (Semaphores)will be constructed to carry important messages across the empire in a matter of days not weeks. Unfortunately these stations would only be avialable for use during the daytime hours.

Rumors of a vast Desert accros the Ocean have Inspired some people to wish to live there. As a result of this the King has ordered the construction of Ships to transport colonists and soldiers to protect them accross the sea.

Druid: You think that you deserve southern Greenland? The south has the best harbors and inlets! Rome was here first and therefore we demand that you leave the ENTIRE island of Greenland alone, lest you be involved in a costly war in which you will surely lose. We hope you are not picking on other defenseless lands, because as you know Rome is the champion of freedom and justice for defenseless people throughout the world. Our Empire is also far superior to yours. The only thing that will save you from the wrath of our armies is the removal of your forces from the coast of Greenland immediately. (also get rid of any weapons of mass destruction you might have lying around, ((hope i'm not being too subtle :lol) )

Wisc.: Rome is unaccustomed to making "peace" with other tribes but we shall give it a try. Perhaps when our explorers get back from their journeys we can exchange maps and divide the land equally. As to a possible MPP, we will hold off. We are currently involved in several worldly conflicts that we wouldn't expect Wisconsin to understand. Heathens known only as "Druids" are claiming Roman land and ice farms for themselves. Word has it that they have pushed other nations around and worship heathen gods. Also, We are shipping your soldiers off to barren Greenland. In return a small harbor and coastline will belong to you and your tribe while Rome will justly claim most for herself. We shall also send some of your scouts back with Druid captives so you may meet these savages for yourself. Be forewarned, they speak a devil language and enjoy fish in rolled up newspaper. Simply barbaric. They appear to be a formidable enemy however, they use advanced metals and have large ships. As for the Mohawks, we hope to push them back and make peace with them as to devote our attention to destroying Druids. (Who seem to be a very violent nation, as the locals say "bloody" an awful lot.)

To Phoenicia: What would you want for it? Currently we have naval supremacy in India and the Bay of India, and no other nation in the area has a navy comparable to ours, but ours could still be improved. However, we have been mainly focused on land war recently, so unless you offer this technology for quite cheap we are not interested at the moment.

The Pharaoh still angered by the Phoenicians has ordered the millitary to fortify along the Egyptian - Phoenician border. Also new tatics using the iron sword are starting to be devoloped.

The Pharaoh has started a campaign to teach the people how evil the Phoenicians are and how they need to be one day wiped off the face of the earth, and that their Sun god commands them to do this. Also the Pharaoh has ordered the contruction of Grand Palace in the Capital, a true wonder of the world.

To Armelaria:
We would like to trade with your nation, but beware if war comes between Egypt and Phoenicia we will not be happy if you aid them.

Pressure is growing in Amelaria for the government to take a position on the Egypt-Phoenician conflict. The merchants want to stay neutral so far, but the militarists want to pick sides.

The Kings Kileaas I and Yirr I, who some are already calling "the Great," have announced that the last phase of the unification of Ingevidia is underway.

Orders: Try to finish conquest of India and conquer Dravidia. Establish two Provincial Governments: India and Gangea.
