Wisconsinite citizens, against the wishes of the government have continued to colonize the western bank of the Mississippi, these people are requesting aid from the Wisconsinite government.

Reports from the front say that the Sioux, mostly warlike hunter-gatherers, have bent Iron tools stolen from the homes of Wisconsinites.

As a result, the Army has launched a major campaign against the Sioux. Even though the Sioux are more fierce warriors, the superior craftmanship of the Wisconsinite weapons and the use of Armor on the Wisconsin side has resulted in massive casualties from the Sioux side of the war.

Wisconsin declares the Mississippi "The River of Wisconsin," and speedily fortifies both sides of the River far past Sioux territory.

Wisconsin is offering citizenship to the Sioux, in the hopes that their culture may continue. Additionally, the Wisconsinites feel that the skill of the Sioux warriors would be invaluable in battle, especially with the new Wisconsinite weapons, a fact which not even the Sioux can overlook.

Politics of Wisconsin:

The Oneida, Illinois, Iowas, and other tribes wish to have more representation in the Wisconsin government. The Chiefs have decided that on all domestic votes, each city is allowed 2 representatives, as long as they are selected by the people.

Additionally, each villiage which is not within 50 miles of a city's radius may send 1 representative.

((this will change, but a city at this time is only like 20,000 at the greatest I'm thinking i.e. no plumbing, aqueducts, etc))

King Jonny was happy with his empire. They had expanded a lot since the first days. In the east, along the coast, they had expanded eastwards until they reached the Mississippi River. They would have continued, but the east banks of the river were already colonized by Wisconsin, and not wanting to encroach on Wisconsin's territory, the settlers stopped. There had also been expansion west into the mountains and south into a land called Mexico.

All was well with the military too. Both the navy and the army had been armed with iron weaponry.

With the advent of these iron weapons, King Jonny created the first Texan unique unit, the Texan Royal Guards. Not only did they have iron weapons, they had iron shields and iron armor. It was heavy, to be sure, but it protected them. They were used mainly for defensive purposes, especially for the defense of the capital city and the royal palace, as well as other cities in Texas.

In order to protect the Texas coastline, it was decided by the king and his advisors to enlarge the navy from tiny to small.

Also, King Jonny ordered his people to expand even more, taking over more land.

To Rome: You dare insult us. We give you a fair and equitable choice. Instead you continue to spit in our face.

To Semeria, Vikingland and Poland: I call upon you to help aid us against the Roman aggressors they wish to seal the fate of our nations under the Roman flag.

People throughout the Empire of Unity continue to support the war. The Druid High Council showed the Roman proposal to the state assemblies, Everywhere including the Azores, and especially in Iceland and Greenland was the proposal rejected. The Empire is being forced to war.

The Druids have started forseeing Roman movements and will now have an advantage in being able to anticipate the true movements of their armies. The Druids have started to call upon the gods to call storms and other phenoena to destroy the Roman onslaught.

New units are being deloped.
One is a sword men with armor and a large shield. The amror is made of the highest quality steel, and so or their sword, these will be the eleit of the eleit of the Egyptain army and will be not many in number but still power full.

Archer Calvary units are being fromed and are phasing out the War Chariot. These will be mounted on the Horse and will also have armor of Bronze.

Greece is sending out exploration missions into all European and Mediterranean nations. Land and water and attributes of the country will be mapped and the information will be collected and stored categorically in a newly invented (for Greece) building called a 'library'. So far only one library has been built, in the capital of Corinth, but for purposes of convenience, further libraries are expected to built soon in any marginally large Greek city. All information available is being maniacally collected and organized and filed by the new caste of 'scholars' that has arisen and are almost fanatical about this new writing-and-referencing-later idea.

The Sioux surrendered in droves, facing Ballistae for the first time.

The massive victory also impressed the Cherokee nation, who applied for and recieved membership to the Wisconsin Council.

Greenland's natives joined the battling sides enthusiastically. There is noticibly more enthusiasm on the Druid's side, because the natives are allowed to fight as they are accustomned, as Berserkers, and are promised council positions for victory.

The Reinforcements arrived in Druid land and dealt a crushing blow to the small force which had landed, Roman Labrador Legions also arrived, but they did not reach the front until a few wekks ago.

Mowhawks have begun wailing in Southern Rome. They demand to be given someone to slaughter, and have turned to the innocents of Rome and Northern Wisconsin in idleness.

Vietnam declares war on Urthal, citing their impudent colonization of East Asia. She asks for reinforcememnts and offers Amelaria that they will 'reconsider the offer' if they join and they also promise China that if they join 'Vietnam shall end northern expansion'.

A Ainui fleet crushed a Vietnamese Armada as it sailed to the northern phillipenes. They refuse to tolerate such blatant agression.

Koryak troops have offered services, if the Ainui are willing to transport them.

While the Congo has officially apologized for the raids on your town, we can not afford to allow any empire or barbarian tribe to ransack our lands. King Yirr the Conqueror died in battle, but successfully completed the conquest of Dravidia. His son, the new second-in-command of the army, was promptly elected King Yirr II. Kileeas I's Yinea, Amefaas, was elected King as well after Kileeas's death. They have announced that per the plans of their predecessors Amelaria will be renamed the Empire of Ingevidia. With the authorization of the Assembly, the government will be reorganized. There will be three Provinces: India (capital Karachi), Gangea (capital Calcutta), and Dravidia (capital Madras). The provinical goernments will run most detailed domestic affairs. The Imperial government will remain quite similar to how it has been in the past, except that some of the positions on the High Council have changed/removed and some new ones as representatives of the provincial governments have been added.

There has been increasing pressure within Ingevidia to stop the many wars and conquests they have been involved in recently and instead focus on expanding the economy and infrastructure. The governemnt has increasingly begun to regulate the economy, in general to promote the interests of the merchants at the expense of the worker and agricultural classes. The Kings have promised "30 years of peace and prosperity".

To Persia: We would like to have trade and friendship with you.

To Vietnam: No, we will not go to war with some faroff nation we have barely even heard of. Good luck.

Orders: Continue building lots and lots of wars. Try to conquer Ceylon (Sri Lanka) as a last addition to the Ingevidian Empire. Cut back military spending a bit, try to grow economy a lot.

Wisconsinites decide to let the Sioux warriors they have just acquired test their mettle against the Mohawks, however, the fierce Sioux have been trained and armed with Iron weapons and armor, giving them the advantage over the Mohawks.

An offer will be made to let the Mohawks become part of Wisconsin halfway through the attack, if they are agreeable, then Wisconsin will acquire their territory, if the mohawks are not agreeable, then the attack will continue.

Meanwhile, Wisconsinite Settlers, aided by Cherokee guides, succeed in reaching Florida, efforts are being made to colonize quickly, and with the help of the Cherokee, these efforts are becoming very successful.

Precious Druid Nation: Groveling already? Too bad, Rome expected more from such a mighty nation. No, Rome will not cease until her appitite is sufficiently satisfied. Your win in the battlefield gained the respect of many Roman generals. As you have probably already learned, respect in Rome is gained not through skillful diplomacy as it is in your nation, but in battle. As we have already stated you pose a threat to Rome. Soon you will be able to rival glorious Rome in power, obvioulsly we cannot have this happen. Once we teach you a lesson, your so called "allies" of Europe will also learn that Rome is not a force to be reckoned with.

and by the way Rome can be most reasonable. I had intended the Ballistae to you hit hard in Londinum but out of the kindness of my heart I decided not to.

Wisconsinite Citizens, suspicious of the mysterious emissary's true intentions, demand that Wisconsinite forces aid the Romans. 1/2 of the Army that just defeated the Sioux has landed in Iceland and is meeting little resistance as the Druids are heavy in Greenland, but relatively sparse in Iceland.

Attack Parameters:

-Galleys armed with flaming Ballistae set fire to the Icelandic Harbor in the south of the island.

-Heavily protected smaller vessels launch a barrage of arrows "thicker than rain" on the prospective landing site.

-under arrow cover, landing vessels are beached at high speeds, as Wisconsinite Axemen and Footmen Charge the city, killing every male that looked 12 or older.

-Finally, the last wave lands with stone and building equipment and constructs a strong stone fortification on a steep rock outcropping.

-The fortification is armed with Ballistae, has men sufficient to break a siege from a Large army, and livestock to withstand any long duration siege.

-It will take an Extra Large army of the most determined men to effectively recapture the city.

To Druids: We leave Iceland when You stay EAST of Greenland. ALL of Greenland.
