Fez

Read what I said! It was voted top in a poll at that site. How could that not be true!?

You disagree, fine, say that.

Lord!

Another excellent site:
http://www.skyscraperpage.com/

If you put in your city, it gives drawings and othwer info of the skyscrappers, though not all, only those they have gotten to.

Well I don't see how it could of been. Was Santiago left out of the poll? Because it has an impressive skyline.. I guess it really isn't that well known.

Well that may be true for the poll, but it may not be true in reality. I will have to disagree. Have you visited these countries? Because I have and I notice these things.

Nice pictures Fez
I was going to post a pic of Santiago with the Andes on the back but I can't found that damn pic!

Actually I also like the skyline of Panama but I think Sao Paulo's is more impressive.

You are correct about one things Fez (wow, everyone must be once, no? ). In Panama they spend very little on maintanance, and the wet, humid weather (less than ten minutes by car, without traffic, you get to rainforests outside Panama city) is killer on structures.

Sadly, Tel Aviv is rather two-faced. Traffic awful, with almost 2 mil people in the metro area, with no public transportation besides busses, and lately, Suburban trains. The Subway/light train complex will only be finished arounnd 2010, and until then, the city is expected to grow, with the density rising even more with all those new towers that are about to be built.

The future network of it.

and some more Tel Aviv from a chopper:

and from a satellite!

Put an end to popups!

Nice last pic...

Now, the Syrian tanks come from this street..check, and the Egyptian ones from this street, no, that one, moving on that intersection.....

( A tribute to Eli )

As for Traffic, ha! Panama has you beat. Nice, small crowded city of 600,000 on a strip along the ocean, with NO public transport whatsoever, with old streets that wind around, and getting a car is absurdly easy (no money down, no payments for two years!.. )

Gepap, you mean molten hulls of Egyptian and Syrian tanks.

The worst traffic I ever been in would have to in Quito. No subway system. Extremely poor public transportation (these awful buses). Some of the craziest drivers you will ever see... the city has a bad skyline with very few office buildings. The infrastructure is extremely poor, and many houses along side hills have collapsed in bad weather.

http://www.volunteeringecuador.org/images/quito.jpg (Too large to post)

Not to mention a volcano erupted, and this eruption looked like a nuclear bomb. I was there when it happened in 1999 I think it was..

The ash wouldn't be completely gone for another four months as the city lacked clean up equipment.

I envy the people of Panama.

now, it's time for the small, yet beautiful city of Haifa. No high-rises on the pic, but it's a rather old pic.
