I was talking about peachtree road there.

But it's true, the highlands are very cosy and I loved your place. I can understand why you live there.

There's a friggin awesome second-hand book store there as well. Really, I regretted having bought several books already in Washington as I just wanted to raid it.

Traffic isn't caused by skycrapers, it's caused by people moving from one place to another. In fact traffic would decrease if work and living would be more concentrated, as they'd have to travel for a shorter distance.

We don't fool ourselves they are pretty. They are just space saving monstrosities, temples to the capitalist notion that a few square metres of New York really is worth that much money.

If I had that much cash, I certainly wouldn't spend it on a Euro SS.

Now, that's a very odd light there. Looks as if some nuclear planting is melting in front of it.

Tour Montparnasse would've been great if it was located in the viscinity of other high-rises and sky scrapers. Alas, it was located in a neghbourhood of 5-7 story buildings. Great call.

Indeed, plenty of these in Paris, like in many European cities. (eg: Brussels)

I love skyscrapers and most industrial cities in the England would look better if they had them. York, oxford, chester etc would look stupid with them

I am not promoting placing skyscrapers in villages, But I think they're almost a must-have in a metropolitan enviroment. I've heard Brits are planning some major progress in this.

Like this one in Ostend, it's a 100 metres tall, located in a city that has hardly 70.000 people and no other high-rise worth mentioning. Utterly ridiculous.
