Urgent Business for This Turn

Economic:

Initial plans and costs
All Plans - what will be the same
Plan #1 - 11 boats
Plan #2 - 12 boats

To be edited by the Consul/MoI

Military:

Added by Arnelos
* All knights are headed toward Mingapulco for now
* NMs ZargonX, Sharpe, Enamel, hungryopd, MerZenary, and MrWIA all headed to Mingapulco for eventual musket upgrades (likely 5 of the 6 will be loaded on caravels for the trip to GWT - one direction or the other)
* Please consult the "600 AD Issues" thread for information about specific galley movement until we have turn-by-turn orders for the galleys up in here. DO NOT PLAY THE SAVE WITHOUT CHECKING THESE PLANS.

Diplomatic:

Added by Arnelos
* We will be needing a total of 300g from CGN (I know that's a lot ) and 900g from CFC (a LOT of money, but actually less than they said they could afford). Could our ambassadors to those countries get on that? (yes, I'll contact the appropriate people in chat since I can't rely on people reading this ).
What boats are for where

Other:

Logicitcal Moments for War Prep Map
Possible CFC Strike and where at
And a Possible Strike at Parth

As far as I know, Arnie is sometimes Strapped for cash, so it's likely not a cup, as they cost more....

Yes. I already put one in the next turnthread. I believe this turn was D-Day minus 14. I believe next turn is D-Day minus 13. Of course, that's based upon E_T guessing when I asked him.

Tired of ads?

It's 2 turns to Astro, 8 more turns to Navigation (which is D-3 on this timeline of events). So, it's 14 turns to the initial Group A landing, 15 turns to the FP attack AND CFC landing, 16 turns to the CFC Attack AND the Parth Landing, 17 turns to the Parth Attack and finally, 18 turns until we leave.

So 14 turns to D-Day in 610 AD (this turn), thus 13 turns to D-Day in 620 AD (next turn).

Good, because that's what I put down in the next thread.

Who says we are ever going to leave? Who knows how our luck will run over there. We could end up running the board on GWT!

I guess if we got a GL we'd send him back; but I'd rather do as much damage as possible while we are there. There won't be another "surprise" landing.

Doesn't it seem odd that we think GWT has no knowledge of our suprise attack? It would seem commense sense if I were the leader/FAM/whatever of GWT.

Do they even have a FAM?

They're too wrapped up in the war with CGN. They probably don't know how far ahead of them that we truly are.

It's rather simple, actually. Allow me to elaborate:

Over my objections, we have been creating zillions of turnthreads long before we will ever use them. Eventually, I just decided to go with the flow on that one (thus the creation of said turnthreads you saw).

Now, as I have raised before, when you form a bunch of turnthreads, important threads tend to get knocked to the second page.

As a result, you bump the important threads back to the top in which you still wish to see discussion taking place.

Don't you have the powerZ? Couldn't you "delete" said offending threads so that maybe there's just a thousand of them instead of zillions?

If you would like to peruse the history of this issue, the forum is littered with the threads in which it was discussed. If it were anyone other than you, I might bother fiding the links for you, but I think you're more than capable of doing that on your own.

I'm well aware of the history. I just thought you'd take some action, since you have the ability, to clear things up a bit since you were so adamant about keeping the forum pretty neat; which, btw, I agree with.
