As for my part, I have about 150 clips that have been converted and sorted into sound effect types. I'm going to look for a few more sound mods to round out the bunch, but I think we're looking good. The stereo sounds great and should really help in creating an atmosphere.

A simpler method might be to use the Hoover Dam wonder. In ToT, you can turn wonders off and on, simply by giving and taking their expiration technology through events.

Not much needs changing, fairline!
It is all a vast improvement to units that already were revolutionary.

But I would comment that the Tiger tank and other German hardware seem to differ slightly in their 'feldgrau' shades.

I would love to see you create a new completely new Tiger tank unit,
as that is the one armour to which you have not yet performed your midas touch!

I second that. Later tank variants would be a good touch. I do think that Nemo's Tiger is very true to life though. His Tiger II might need some redoing, as the turret looks out of proportion.

As for the dither problem, I know an easy way to fix it. Basically you get rid of it! I have never used the dither in my scenarios just for the fact that it looks very blurry and starts to block out any pieces of terrain beyond near the edge of the tile. My advice:

1) Place two four pixel black squares on the right and left corner. Elminate the rest of the black dither entirely. Now, when the game loads, there should be no dither. Others have tried different variants, but there seems to be no diffusion or streaks when doing it the way I just described. See the example below.

Thanks for the ideas C. I was using an intentional dirfference between the feldgrau shade you used for the PzIV and the panzer blue-grey for the Pz III as the tanks are so similar looking otherwise. I may have a go at a new Tiger, although I agree with Harry: it's Nemos' best unit along with his Panther.

If you're not going to go without the dither, but want a 3D feeling, I suggest trying to overlay parts of the terrain square into the purple area above the main pink tile area. With terrain such as sand or plains this can overlap the units above the tile, but as for forests, this may be an acceptable idea.

Cities/suburbs really look nice Curt! I dont think I've seen them all and whatnot, but what about a nice light blue & gold dome to an Orthodox Cathedral for the largest Capital type cities? Something that sticks out of the other city palletes a bit?

Edit: Looked closer and you do have it in there! Brighter blue, brighter blue!
Edit again: No, thats the German cities... the churchtower in the German cities is looking like an orthodox church bulbous spire, only slightly dark in colour.
