It is a well known fact that women are essentially second class citizens in a number of Islamic countries, including Iran, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, (northern) Nigeria and a number of the Gulf states. By and large the most outspoken Islamic groups advocate the oppression of women and are not at all defensive about their opinions. |
Are you saying that only muslim breat they wife. First I saw than oxfox jewish man almost breat his wife to death in public. A group of use disarm that villion. Then his lawyer try to in Jewish cival court where his wife was divore him, try the I than a anti-semate angle the head rabbia refuse to allow then to do so. First he said my view on Israel badly human right record is know to him and he agree with me on that, than he said it I was even than anti-semate it would have no bearding on the case at hand, and he state for the record that I never harm any jew or vandate any jewish place of workship or rape any jewish woman. If you want to fight back, how come you aren't in Fallujah with the rest of the 'noble' mujaheddin? You're sitting behind your computer, conducting 'cyber warfare' from El Paso in the name of Allah, no doubt.
Seriously though, you're fighting back - against what? Whatever battle you imagine is being waged is simply in your head. I think I've misunderstood you Boff - you're probably just another confused kid desperately looking for a sense of purpose, a cause, in this crazy, mixed up world. Life just isn't right, so you've got to find some other reason besides yourself to explain it away - the evil, oppressive Western civilization. Pathetic.

That's a possibility. With the recent rise of religious zealotry among our Muslims, there have been many small, unadequate mosques that opened.
It's much better for us to have larger mosques with an imam we know for being kosher. Since the Muslim organizations want to integrate the Republic, they'll happily agree having a moderate imam in a large mosque, whereas small ones may be out of their control. |
The people who pray at the Mosques pick the imam not the State. They can pick whatever person they want to be imam, as there is no educration required for the job, local muslim enthic group pick imam whom they trust not some local non-muslim worthless govenment who donot believe in God.

That why the Crusader lost in the end. That why we will lose in Iraq and Afghanistan. That puppet government we form in Iraq have no local or international legrimateity at all. The freedom fighter are doing a good job of discrediting the america military. Our dumb military destory over 60 mosques in thar Iraq city just out of spite.

Actually, it wasn't Jerusalem. It was a small town in France. And the question was wether or not they were Catholics or Cathars (which is/was yet another Christian sect).
Although... it *may* have been a Crusade indeed.

To clarify this, since you clearly don't understand:
All sorts of people beat their wives. What Dr. Strangelove was talking about was the overall status of women in Islamic states. The official policy of those countries with regard to women is to treat them in a manner in which we here think is bad. When a man beats his wife in the USA, it's a crime. It's against the law, and he can be prosecuted. That's quite a difference from, say, Saudi Arabia.
So Dr. Strangelove was NOT saying that only Muslims beat their wives. You've got a huge chip on your shoulder. Put it down every once and a while.
-Arrian |
You are wrong I tolde some muslim men about you non-muslim sdaying that all muslim men beat they wifes they laught at the lies you non-muslim make up. In El Paso almost all case wife beating involse Christian man.

When the Crusader enter Jerusalem they kill all Christian includeing Roman Cath., Jew, and Muslim. They burn down all the christian church expect for one in Jerusalem. On they way to the Holy Land they attack Jewish center in Eastern and Western Europe. They might have said the samething.
