I'd suggest we approach via the Mountain as Sabre suggests, then have a look if it's defended. It will almost certainly be a size 1 town, so they cannot rush a Warrior. There's a reasonable chance they've got it connected to their Capital already, since China is Industrial like us.
Still, if we then move to the Hill and still find it undefended, then taking it out is a no-brainer. If it is defended, attacking across a river with a Warrior is not a good option.
By the way, Snoopy contacted me via PM to greet us in a friendly manner - here is the text of his message and my non-committal reply. Actually, I probably should have mentioned it before I replied, but no harm done I think:

My reply: I am here (at work), and happy to discuss your musical tastes with you.
What would you like to know, oh Euphorican?
And it looks like he just replied again:
Our warriors may have seen evidence of Desolation near our borders, and are interested in discussions regarding some of the tools we saw your warriors using.
Specifically, although we noticed your warriors had an interesting brownish sheen to their weapons, which we might be interested in learning, we did notice as well that the use of archery seemed to be unknown to them, and as such perhaps you might consider a discussion of shared knowledge?
So what do you think?
