it all boils down to wether she's telling the truth.
if she is then she's ok.
but who's gonna prove it?
that's impossible (because it is unfounded).
if however that gets proven in a court of law then fine.
but good luck with that.
as i said that is civilization civil society laws that are made to bolster respect. not just protect property.
the protection of religious feeling does come with freedom of speech at the opposite end.
there are no absolutes (except for morons).
this has to be put in a scale and weighted with the background of the societal norms of each time.
closing your eyes and say: freedom of speech is the worse fascism and disregard for your fellow human being. totally free markets, lock,smith deranged approach to law.

islam is a religious belief. you respect it. period. i know it's hard for you to understand where the only thing people respect are money not the other peoples most humane and neccesairy feelings.
that's why some coutnries have a civilization of milenia and others have just been civilized when they were forced to by the romans and it's so recent it still shows.
