That is only because you think it 's shaky reasons. To us there has been no shaky reasons- quite the opposite.
Another way to see it is that if a ususally peacefully and democratic country decides to be agrressive, there may be a reason.

Well, there seems to be points of view where we agreee - I too prefer facts.
I though also take into considceration what might happen if you don't use military power where political persuation doesn't work - that part of the equation some people has an tendency to forget.

I was never against war in Iraq if that's what you mean. But I do oppose the current strategy, which is no strategy, which only hurts all people, coalition and Iraqi people. I'm afraid this ends the worst way possible, and I'll tell you what the worst way is.
It's when coalition leaves too soon. That means the war was fought over NOTHING. If nothing is accomplished, then I guess it really is for nothing, because lots of folks died and will die, and if the goal is met, then .. well that's the worst. And it seems like everyone is talking about getting out, including lots of Americans, so that means the number of troops won't be raised at least, and exit plan is at least very much considered. And where does that leave the liberated Iraqis? In shithole. I can't support that. And that's a fact.

Did Danish intelligence services provide proof (facts) that Saddam is a threat?
You basically went into it based on what someone else said. Maybe just based on what you saw on CNN. Or did USA share "intelligence" even with its smaller allies?
Colin Powell has regreted his UN presentation BTW.

Military power is serious stuff. You can't use it just to change someone's government so that their GDP can grow faster. Or to install a friendly government.
You can do it:
- in self defense
- to prevent genocide
That's it.

There were a time when Denmark was a superpower, but it is some time ago. At that time we might have had info of of our potential enemies, though I'm not sure.
About today's (or rather yesterdays) foreign countries, no, we didn't have any specific knowledgede beyond any other, sov we did not react on a better knowledge. Though, we reacted on what prior to the war was expected to be the thruth - that is saddam had WMD capability.
I find it a little amusing that you are against war against saddam because it after the war has been proven that he had no immident WMD's and at thet same time ignores the fact that he opressed people using rape, torture and random killing - even activated genocide against at least two of the major populations of Iraq.
I think that we have alle reasons nessecary to atack the sadam regime.
What really make me speculate is why so many was against destroying the horror of the saddam rule.
