Well hello again everyone, after having preliminary negotiations with beingofone, who has indicated that he isnt having as much fun with this game as he thought he might, he is ready to hand over Britain to my capable hands again.

However given what i did before, as in left, although this wasnt all my fault i could still have let someone know, i am asking if you would like me back for this game? I will stand by your decisions whatever they may be.

Still i must say that i love this game, plus i started the thread, so lol

SMITH REGAINS POWER AFTER MISTERY ILLNESS

This month the Prime Minister Gary Smith regained power after months off with a mystery illness which is reported to have stopped him getting out of bed. Mr Smith apologizes for his absence and the amazing lack of panic that it caused.

Mr Smiths first action was to get a briefing from his staff and to learn of the situtation in Europe. He learnt that it was mostly the same although he would like some clarification from other European Leaders about this voting system and what it is supposed to represent.

Other than this though Mr Smith was pleased by the odd named person who stood in for him in his absence, he performed as a leader of a major power should, with vision and aggressiveness tempered by caution.

The Royal Meditterainian Navy has mostly retired to port to avoid provoking any other the nations in the Med League although destroyers are scouting our waters for foreign warships. Britain is very concerned with the Yugoslavian approach to trade, that being to stop trading with a country because they dont have a trade agreement with them.

This is silly, as it benefits both sides, maybe not equally but free trade in europe is a must for continuing relations in Europe, Britain will accept any nations vessels into its ports and expect the same in return, in this vein they are notifying Italy that a frieghter will be docking in Rome soon as it has just passed the Straits of Gibraltar.

Britain would also like to say that they are sending a cruiser to escort it, just as a precautionary measure, but that it will stop 2 spaces outside of italian waters.

Did that council of Europe get formed yet? If so, I call upon the council to ask Germany to vacate the fortess within the city limits of the town of Vilna. Diplomatic notes in the past have failed to make any impression upon the German Chancellory, perhaps the Council of Europe can do better.

Order has been restored in all Russian cities although martial law is still in use throughout Russia. Still in anarchy though
