In light of Inca's acknowledgement of financial difficulty, humanitarian aid has been sent today in the form of gold from our central bank. Although not a substantial amount, we hope it can be used to reduce the suffering of Inca's poor. Other nations are encouraged to help Inca as their situations permit. But as Greek intelligence reports movement by large Inca armies, we hope that the money does not somehow find it's way to weapon procurement.

As a gesture of our hopes for continued peace with France, we have pulled Greek military units back farther from the city of Angers (a city that hopefully will not ever live up it's name!).

Meanwhile, Greece continues to divert production from warlike weaponry to the replenishment of our recently scorched planet.

A Spanish cyber-Ninja with clear intentions was on the border. We decided to push him out. Combat air patrols spotted his encampment...in an other wise ; desolate part of the border.

Among other observations. Our french friends have traded maps. We have discovered what can only be described, as a massive force. Its intentions are unclear. But Combat Fighters have moved to the area to block further movement west ; with orders to bomb if they move into Inca territory.


We inca's mean nobody any harm. We are poor and weak ; but when riled to fight. We will defend are nation. 18 tanks were dispatched in the area and put on alert. Tho woefully outnumbered and outgunned ; we hope Spain gets the message of our determination to defend the homeland.

Yeah we have a massive force, about 3 stacks of nine. It pretty much matches the 3 stacks of Incan nine resting a few squares from my cities.

Our Diplomat now stands at the three-cornered border of France, Spain and Inca, gazing at the considerable armament brought by these nations to this juncture.

Although mass weapons of war are moving across this no-man's land, the words of peace being spoken by the Spanish government seem designed to allay the concerns of Inca. Greece does not wish to see a war in this region so close to our own citizen's homes, and trust that these peaceful sentiments turn out to be true...
