So anytime Joe Smith from Windsor, Ontario, decides to go to a Tigers game or something (which, granted, is suspicious in and of itself), he'll have to wait for hours at the border, while a computer searches a database of Canadian fingerprints? (Those sorts of things do take hours, on a good day.)

To say nothing of the thousands of Canadians who cross the border every day to work in the Detroit area... nurses in particular. You want to fingerprint 'em every time they come over the Ambassador Bridge? Makes sense, I suppose... everyone knows that there's no one more dangerous to a free society than a Canadian nurse...
