Same zone as Quinns... should be GMT - 8. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You can get the patch from www.activision.com under downloads (patches). I will keep checking in here, in email and in the lobbies for the next little while in hopes that we can connect.

I kind of assumed that everyone would be using the most recent patch...

FYI, Yoda and I played more than a 100 turns yesterday.
Quite an interesting game. Yoda has an obvious lead in the power graph (as long as it works properly in MP) but I assume that in science we are pretty close to each other.

We will continue next Monday.

Blackice, I also have the game saves zipped and ready to be sent. Just let either of us know when you would like to get them.

Keygen, thanks for the game yesterday. Hopefully we can finish next Monday. Let me know if you want to play earlier. It may be beneficial for you to finish one game first and to review it before your next opponent (since you didn't get much of a chance to review the map prior to our match).

Keygen, if you get within a half dozen modern advances of Yoda, you are doing well... I reviewed Yoda's Strategy from the games we played, and it is exceptional.. Just don't be suprised when your Musketeers are trying to shoot Nukes down....

Just how many players are active in this competition now? I see very few players posting.

All the PBEM entrants seem to be dead to the world. I think perhaps Solver should post wake-up calls in the old threads on the subject which he closed, we do at least know they're subscribed to those.

Keygen and I finished our game this morning. I guess I can officially claim the first win. Details? The game was won in the tech race although I had a sizable lead on the power graph. In the end, I was up a significant number of modern age tech and managed to force the issue with a paratrooper attack. Keygen put up a fight and showed a lot of class by playing it out.

It was too bad that Keygen didn't have more time to review the map as knowledge of how it plays and where the goods are gave me an advantage.

Anyway, who else is playing? Keygen has a game going with Dr. Doom and is hoping to get one going with Paul. Seems the 4 of us are the only people still involved in the tournament. That being the case, Paul, when would you like to play our game?

I wouldn't mind Quinns, but I don't think I have our game any longer. Perhaps we could start a new one though. I'll have to wait and see what the weekend looks like and post once I know if I'm free.
