OK, let me address your concerns openly and honestly for the first time. I am a strong willed person, and always have been, causing my mother to say that I thought I was the mother when I was a kid. I don't think this is necessarily a bad thing. It has brought a lot of good things to my life. My husband knows this, and I think this is one of the reason he loves me. And I love him and have lots of respect for him. He is always growing. He thirsts after knowledge. He can't wait to get back to school, just so he can grow more rapidly. I love this about him. That doesn't mean that I am blind to his irrational side. He has it. His irrationality comes a lot from his upbringing, and the fact that he has never really looked at his world views with a critical eye. My irrationality usually comes from emotion. We know these things about each other and that is why we help each other to grow.

My husband and I had a long talk about circumcision, and he went from saying he wouldn't be able to play and hold his unclean son to asking me to tell him all the bad and good things on both sides. I have decided that I don't want to circumcize my son. But our discussion together is still open, and we still have a lot of time to work through it.

There was a theory that it would reduce the risk of a potential cancer in that area but that was a loooong time ago.

Now personal hygiene ensures as studies have shown that it is the same. So we don't circumsise and leave nature as it is. No need to mutilate.

I knew what a troll was, but I guess I just always assumed that it was an anonymous person who would come for awhile and then leave again without ever coming back. I didn't know that someone who you can imagine as a real person could be a troll, and I seem to remember having respect for AH in the past. I guess I was just ignorant about who he is (obviously).
