OOC: Yes, you had a bigger military than Latin America. But what about Latin America plus Britain, plus a little bit of help from France and Russia? Weith so many countries we are clearly bigger. And please be realistic, you couldn't destroy our entire Atlantic fleets overnight. And you have no propoganda in Central America. We control it. You do not have access to the press. Stop pretending you have some omnipotent intelligence agency that can make everyone everywhere love you.
To teh World: Look at the US! They are calling us "tinpot emperors" again, when we are OBVIOUSLY DEMOCRACIES (LOOK AT TEH FIRST POST ANYONE THAT DOUBTS THIS). Why must the US spread such misinformation? We have not told the world any lies about them. And then, with most of teh democracies of teh world allied against them, who do they ally themselves with? Japan! Japan, a country ruled by a dynastic emperor whose family has not been pushed from power in over 2 milennia! If anyone is a "tinpot emperor," he is. I ask the world: How could the US's cause possibly be just if they must make obvious and blatant lies about their enemies being undemocratic and then ally themselves with one of the least democratic countries in the world?????????
With most of teh US forces in the South and West, the ARgentinian forces in teh Midwest have been quite successful. For four months, they blocked off the Missouri, Ohio, and Mississippi rivers, and destroyed 600 miles of railroad, and left a small force to continue this (this should make the US's economy drop a quarter of a step, which should take .5-1.5 years to fix, and should also hinder the US's ability to move troops west. Also, while we keep control of the area, every 6 months the US economy will drop by a half step). They have also confiscated many supplies, some of which were taken to the forces on the GUlf coast, others were kept and produced quite a morale boost, and others were sent to british troops in Michigan. After that, they have surged east, and met with Canadian and British forces in the Pennsylvania and New York Appalachians.
Troops in Louisiana are holding strong, and have taken a defensive position in the swamps. Although they can't make any progress by doing this, they will be difficult to dislodge.
Naval reinforcements have come to both fronts. Argentina has developed submarines based on documents stolen from a US ship, although the US's subs are a bit stronger. In the Pacific, submarines attacked the Japanese fleet at San Diego, and used the element of surprise and the confusion among the Japanese at first to win the battle, though they did not completely main or destroy the fleet, and suffered a few losses themselves. During the battle, several Argentinian transports slipped through and unloaded tens of thousands of reinforcements.
In the Caribbean, Argentinian forces wer less effective. Now they only control the southern and central caribbean (well Cuba actually has more control over the central but they're neutral so far) and the Mississippi, Texas, and Alabama coasts. Reinforcements have landed in Louisiana and Texas. THe TExas forces have gone north to the Midwest.
In California, the ARgentinian forces have begun to tell every Chinese immigrant they meet to oppose the US because they are allied with the evil Japanese who are attacking CHina. Although this is not that effective, as few of the Argentinian battalions have Chinese-speakers and very few of the Chinese speak Spanish, but they are having a little bit of success. While doing this, they have gon north and cut off the railroads to the east of San Francisco.
To Japan: Get out of this war before you lose it. Keep the Phillippines, they are valuable. But either leave the US or join with us. With you unable to give any aid other than economic and naval aid, the US will not be able to win. In exhcnage for peace, we will even pay some reparations for having damaged your navy!

To the USA: We thank you for your grain, but we would have to ask that you back down in your wars. Japan did not realize how the cards were stacked against your country. However, we stand by our allies. Our fleets have done limited damage against Argentina in the meantime. If you do decide to accept terms against your enemies, we will give you massive aid packages.
To Argentina: Our warships in San Diego were fired upon by Argentine vessels. This constitutes an act of war, and the newly elected Japanese Parliament has voted to declare war on your nation.
Japanese fleets sweep south from San Diego. Even with several ships sunk, and many being repaired, they have no trouble sending 5 Argentine boats and 4 subs to the the bottom of the Pacific. Instead of staying by the coast, they swing South to the Galapagos and await further orders.
Secret, to top Argentinian officials:
Japan, even though we have fought back against your navy, has no desire to get stuck in this war, which we cannot win. Japanese intelligence failed to notify the command of the diplomatic situation of the United States. So at this point, we just want to get out of this mess without losing face. Tokyo agrees to a peace treaty, although we turn down reparations. We hope this sign of friendship will allow future harmony between our nations.

The British projects for the Airforce, Submarine groups, and armored mobile vehicles have come to fruition. Primitives combat planes, tanks, and submarines are being produced. They are all slow, unwieldly, and generally ineffective, but more advanced prototypes are being worked on.
The British military now stands as follows:
(most of the new equipment has been loaned to the Argentinians and Brazilians)
Army: Large, with tank divisions
Navy: Imperial, with submarine divisions
Airforce: Small/Tiny, mostly composed of armed scouts with a few simple low-payload bombers
Britian to U.S.:
this is your last warning. If you do not immediatly accept peace terms with the Argentinians and Brazilians and recognize the independance of ALL central american nations, we will be forced to take an offensive stance. And if we have to fight for it, it isn't going to become part of the U.S. again afterwards. Don't make us do that.
to Argentina and Brazil:
We want this war to end. To more effectively accomplish this, we are loaning you planes, submarines, and tanks (for what they're worth). You will get to keep some of them depending on how much longer the war lasts. If you finish it within a year, you keep all of them that have been loaned to you, no charge. If it takes you 18 months, you get to keep 3/4. 2 years... half. 30 months... 1/4. If at the end of 3 years from now the war still isn't finished, we're taking all the loaned equipment back, whether you still need it or not. Please Hurry.

With the attack of the Japanese fleets, the supply lines of all ALtin Armies are cut. With tthe exception of the Northern Army. The Northern Army meets the majority of the US 1st 3rd and 5th Armies. The Northern Army are rolled back into Canada, as US troops stop just inside Canadian territory, as per their promise to British authorities of non-aggression.
In the South, Argentine Armies are driven into the sea and captured. This is due to Latin;s lack of supplies and the technological advantage deployed by the Americans.
In the East California is completly liberated and the Latin Army is pushed into Baja California, as it tries to retreat from the American onslught.
The American government has asked Mexico to rid this menace once and for all, but due to bandits in the area the going is tough.
To Japan: We realise your willingness to opt out of war. However all is not loss. Grain is still being supplied and the bases the US have in the Philipines still active. We offer no danger. This is your chance to become a world power yet you throw it away like little children. We ask by our alliance that you reenter the war.
To all nations who attended Constantinople: We have attended, we are ready for peace, however we will not bow down to tinpot Emperor's. Their demands are not reasonable consider4ing they started the war. Britian helped to retain her superiority and not let America surpass it.
The people of the world need to realise that America fights for the just cause. Not the ill one. We believ in self-determination, The British or the LAtins do not. the British continue to rule Canada, the LAtins continue to conquer territory in South America. The American people are behind the war effort. Will you go behind the peaceloving people of America.

The Italian Government have declared war against the nations of Serbia, Greece, Albania, Bulgaria and Romania.
The Italian Military have taken control of Albania and is now striking, against Romania and, together with the Ottoman Army, took control of Serbia.
Meanwhile the Navy is blockading the Greek ports, and a few Italian regiments have landed in the Peloponnesus near the ruins of the ancient city of Sparta.
The Italian Military HQ think that between one, maximum two years, all those nation should be under Italian and Ottoman control.

OOC: This is completely unrealistic. FIrst, I would note that the Japanese NEVER ACTUALLY DID ANYTHING TO HELP you but send economic aid and send a fleet that fought in one battle. They never cut off any supply lines, except the Californian one, and that was only very briefly before I attacked and brought reinforcements and supplies. They didn't even have a fleet in the Caribbean, I see no way you could srationally think they cut off any supplies there. Thus since the lack of supplies was a major reason for your victory in Louisiana, it never happened. My troops are still fortified there, though I suffered a good deal of losses. In California, you might have ahd a victory, but when I control all of California South and East of San Francisco and your forces are mainly in San Francisco and cut off from supplies and almost surrounded, I highly doubt you could have a crushing offensive victory. Maybe a small one, or maybe a crushing victoy defending the city, but not a crushing victory attacking an army about the same size. I do accept that I was defeated, but not driven all the way to Baja. And in the North, I would like to point out that much of both teh British and ARgentinian armies were there together. You sent such a large force against us that I accept that we could've been defeated and pushed back, but you wouldve suffered significant losses.
TO the World: What I said before. It merits repeating because the US continues to call us "tinpot Emperors," but I'm too lazy to type it all out again.
To Spain: This isyour chance fopr revenge for your defeat 10 years ago. I urge you to join the war.
Argentinian troops have withdrawn from California, but there is still a strong naval presence on the coast.
The defeated Northenr Army has gone through Canada and into Michigan, where it joined with teh BRitish and Midwest armies. From this combined army a relatively small force crossed the Appalaichans and besieged Washington for a few days. Although a US force quickly came to teh defense of the city, it was damaged by the Argentinian artillery fire. It is unkown whther any major government officials were killed or whether any major government buildings were hit. Meanwhile, the forces in the Midwest have continued to destroy railroads and cut off the rivers and now also the great lakes.

Austrain projects:
Tank units now being fromed.
Also an airfoce has been set up but is mainly used for recon missions and armed with guns, but do little damage.
Further tank and plane research will conitnue and look for ways to improve them
Navy upgrade and upsizing to large: 3 years
Subs are now being built and 3 new battle ships are under constuction, and will be one of the world's largest battleships once finsihed.
To Britain(secret):
We see great promice in using tanks and air planes in warfare. We hope to set up a joint resreach project for these new inventions to conitnue to improve their design. We also back your postion with the USA , but hope that it can be solved peacefully.
