Eventually yes, but at this time we are seeking the return on our investment to concentrate on Doctrine Flexibility, at the expense of Industrial Automation. We are (presumably) behind yourselves, the Angels and Morgan in the building and deployment of crawlers, so the lucrative "middleman" role between yourselves - and the Angels - with the AI regarding tech trades is one that we would like to maintain at least for the next few turns.

We have Ethical Calculus, but we are reluctant to trade it at this time.

We are not yet in possession of Social Psych (although our agents about to call again on the good professor might return next year with the blueprints), but we do possess Secrets of the Human Brain which we would be willing to trade to you for an equivalent technology.

I think this is very rude coming from Spartans do not agree to trade Ethical Calculus - we traded them IA for all sakes! I suggest we ask them to trade Ethical Calculus, reminding them that we traded IA to them, and if anyone was to be reluctant to trade, that should be us. I suggest we ask them to trade us Ethical Calculus so that we can provide them with Doctrine: Flexiblility (I suggested this to them).
I think we should consider threating with rejection of offers, thus placing us as middleman between them ans Angels - they said they can't obtain Morgan commlink, why should we believe them they can obtain ours then? Aren't all commlinks of equal value to AI? Thus we can assume that they can't buy Angel frequency. We should seriously consider if we wish to accept both deals.
Also, we should be able to infiltrate Yang this turn, using our probe on foil. Could you do this before moving our units north, so that we have Hive intel - I am not sure if it is smart to advance north without scouting - what if we find rovers on the landbridge? We wouldn't find out until it is too late.

The plan of movement for our foil would scout the land bridge. That combined with infiltration should give us a very good idea of whether we should press an attack on Yang.

If the Spartans are going to be stubborn, then we can terminate our treaty with them after the 8 years. We might as well keep bothering them until then.

Move 2 new CPs to good base sites. We can put both in the Uranium Flats. The site in the Ruins is more-or-less reserved for the CP that will come out of the nearby base in a few turns, so don't try to put another CP there.

Blow up Yang's garrison and advance on his soil if the foil doesn't reveal anything threatening on the way. The forest there helps, because it renders his rovers harmless.

Move 2 CPs to Uranium Flats, 1 to the spot cleared on the river near the Ruins.

Possibly advance from the east towards Yang with the healthy mind worm; position the other to heal.

Depending on whether the garrison in Society Grid is still there, or has moved, heal the northwestern mind worm, or retreat a tile, or perhaps press the attack (risking our mind worm, but then retreating also risks our mind worm).

After looking at the turn, we can probably safely heal our northwestern mind worm, and Yang placed yet another base (giving him 17). With some effort, I was able to place it on our map. It looks like it would be encroaching on Spartan territory (assuming our assumption Sparta is northeast of Yang is correct).

I noticed that the base closest to us (don't remember the name) now has recon rover in it's base square too. Also, no news on the diplomatic front. Too bad it is most likely we are going to get Nonlinear Mathematics through probing (lowest conquer tech count) - getting Doc: Flex would be nice.

We need rec tanks, rec commons, and children's creches all over the place, and crawlers and formers of course.

Morgan is indeed getting powerful, having HGP+PTS combo. I suggest arranging beeling with Angels for the Ethical Calculus (we gift them SocPsych so they can research it) while we go for sth else. It would still need thorough coordination in near future.
I think making stronger links with Angels is now in order, seeing that we are being dwarfed by other factions.

Yes, common enemy always unites others. However, we should try to point out that Spartans are our enemies too (which shouldn't be hard, due to their policies). I would wait a few years, and propose a mutual defence pact to Angels (last step before PoB).
