I agree. Let us get Doc Initiative. We may explain, that at the moment we need it more. They will probably get the idea of the truth anyway... but at least not directly from us.

Lots to catch up on, but hopefully I'm back now.
From the way I see it, things are progressing well but we're sitting on a fine line.
S wants a pact, M wants a pact, G wants a pact. Obviously, we are seen right now as the balance tilter. Whether that is well-deserved probably remains to be seen.
Neutrality certianly is the best course of action, as is getting Doc: Air through our special, as well as any (and all) techs possible that route now that there's an opening for it. We then become the information brokers we were meant to be.
In this way we try to get enough energy to buy up some defensive and offensive units, say a combo of highest defense rovers possible and highest offense planes to attempt a spearhead invasion of Yang. We have infiltration on him, after all, we should start making the most of it and trying to take him on on our own. This would be the ultimate act of neutrality as far as the human factions are concerned, and perhaps even attempt to encourage each of them to join with us through a pact to all take on Yang until he is defeated, using our bases as the Y-Day attack front for S and G's domain for M.
After Y is defeated, the teamwork that was shown through the Y-War might just be enough to show that Planet can work peacefully toward its goals. What we need to do is just have the most defensive rovers in place ready to zip in and at least secure the closest Y bases. This way any 'foothold' M or S get near us is buffered by former Y bases.
Just some thoughts after reading through to catch up.

Actually, when Spartans are going to be Pacted with us we might go for Pact with Morganities too. Having the same rule of not interfering into their conflict. After all, there is also another point Mead is maybe not aware - Spartans wish to negotiate peace. We might get into peace time again. And being in the position of Pacted with almost everyone. Not bad, provided they all will not attack us at some point.

yes, I have a feeling Spartans will not bear very well too much neutrality on our part. They already want us to be very much on their side.
