	Mass reporting Support Apolyton, buy Civilization III: Complete

This is not a thread complaining about moderators or their selective enforcement! I thought I would do y'all the courtesy of reporting different violations of the site rules, which seemed to have escaped your wrath as they have gone without warnings or bannings.

The mods don't care via PM, it seems. Already mentioned these, no action taken.

This way it's opened up to more moderators to take action.

If you did PM a mod and no action was taken I'm sure there is a good reason for that. Either you jsut didn't notice the action (it's possible to get a warning by PM you know) or the offends might have been concidered as not ennough to result in punishment as single offends, but counted towards a larger pile for each offender, until something triggers action.

I've got no insight in any of these cases so I can't say what desicions that have been made. However, there is no reason to post a list of offends in public for anyone to read.

Can it be that the said offenders have been warned by another PM? Or that it's concidered as one time action

What happened was one of your moderators banned an unnamed poster, involved in a debate with said moderator, because said poster called the moderator "clueless".

It's the first time I've ever seen any moderator action for such a word, let alone a ban. I did a quick search on recent posts and see posts using the word all the time, many in threads where moderators were active and posting, and no action was taken. Not even PMs to the above mentioned posters.

Even more curious, the original thread this moderator abuse of powers took place in is no longer publically available (or perhaps deleted), as a sad attempt to save face. The administration continues to deny any wrong-doing or any abuse of powers took place, yet they're hell-bent on deleting any evidence of it ever occuring, while at the same time dismissing any claims of selective enforcement...even though this thread shows that, without ANY doubt, this is indeed what is happening.

I have my money on it being deleted -- any thread with a reference to a certain moderator's blatant abuse of powers here gets deleted.

This isn't the first.

Even the originating thread -- which had NOTHING wrong with it aside from the moderator's abuse of power -- is AWOL.

since you like to have things in the public (only some of them though, since you dont name your self in the quote above), here's one more:

we have a series of threads in the "staff room" forum called "ban log". the "ban log 4" thread covering the last 50 days has 3 entries of you by 2 mods out of a total of 7 bans. congratulations, you're so awsome in telling the hard truth that you have goten almost half the bans in close to two months.

when you learn not to attack others at every attempt you'll suddenly find yourself not being "chased by the system"....
