Foriegn affairs:

War is upon us with our former allies from the 3 nation alliance! Both the Euphoriscans and the Babylonians have turned out to be treacherous allies. They have been joined by the creatures of the night from the Lost Boys in declaring war upon our Horde! A peace treaty has been signed with The Desolation Row and they have joined us in the war against Euphorica. Our allies to the south, Ankh-Morpork have joined us in the war against Babylon!

With the new era, Hordeland Communications and The Call of the Horde have merged. The new department is One Voice: The Brotherhood of Blood. This new department carries links to all the communications of the Horde and all the diplomatic threads! It also carries the list of current and future units.
