four times a day isn't too much, I've had more before
and yes, anti depressant medication does a good job here. shows how overstressed we are usually...

Paxil was developed by the same company as the company that developed Viagra. Wonder if there's any connexion?

Now all I gotta do is find a brilliant-yet-predictably-stable-and-independently-wealthy muse to move in with, have a rocky and tumultuous relationship, develop a SERIOUS drinking problem, get kicked out, crawl back, get kicked out again, crawl into the bottle, crawl out of the bottle, pen The Great American Novel, and finally become rich and famous based on my own merits and not those of my wealthy benefactor.
If only my name was Chuck Palahnuik - that would solve all my problems and I'd have achieved everything I ever set out to do by the time I'm 30 years old.
THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS, KIDS.
Just say no!
Stay in school!
And whatever you do, DON'T TALK ABOUT FIGHT CLUB!!! |
That's so crazy that it just might work!

Edit: But I agree with this too,
If the problem isn´t severe, wich is something that a profesional should judge, not a bunch of people in a web forum , then you don´t need them... as somebody else said meditate or something, spend more time with your family, friends, etc. |
Yes, get yourself to a physician and have him / her decide exactly what sort of problem you have. A lot of people are depressed for physiological reasons, and all the bucking it up or therapy in the world isn't going to help them with that.

I was on Wellbutrin for about 2 months - then the seizures started, and I was hospitalised as epileptic before one orderly was intelligent enough to look in my stuff and found the Wellbutrin. He'd been in a clinical study for the crap, and he'd had seizures as well.

i've been on effexsor(150mg), wellbutrin, zoloft(300mg) and a bunch of others i don't remember. the 3 i mentioned i was on for a few months at a time and they all seemed to have similair effects of making me into a semi-functioning human being from a non-fuctioning one. i was on a few(of what?) for only a day or two each when i was hospitalized. the only one with major negative side effects was zoloft which made me gain about ~50 lbs very quickly. after i went off zoloft i went back to my normal weight without any trouble. pretty much all the antidepressants i've taken have given my stomach aches for a few days at first but after that i've fine.
meds did help me quite a bit at first but nothing i've taken has really had any staying power. it seems like i'm practically immune to antidepressants now. compared to how powerful they were at first(euphoria type feelings usually, now i understand why people take drugs!), it's amazing how i've adjusted to them.

Yes, Viagra fixes the problems that Paxil causes.
