Halleluya!
There is grassland after the chokepoint!
21/5 is not possible because of the turns spent working on the cows, so it will be 21/4.
I'll send a screenshot to everyone now.

I think we should build the city close to the main city to cut down on corrupiton and near the ocean.

The second city should use some of the hills and grassland of The Voice.

Large teams have many opinions on all the small issues and to avoid weeks of discussions need a leader to make those decisions. Small teams have all that settled in couple hours and everyone can play.

1) The city will need garrison after size 3.
2) The settler will be built a turn or two after it reaches size 3.

3250BCE:
3 warriors moved directly south.
The southern-most warrior uncovered more jungle and a goody hut. Screenshot will be soon sent to everyone.
I changed the slider to Sci-20%, Money-80%.
Turns to research stayed on 25, but the income increased from +0 to +2.
When the city grows in size or falls back to one(because of the settler), we will probably have to play with the slider again.
The worker finished building the road, he will be able to move to the next spot in the next turn.
We should consider connecting the Insence.
