Greetings fellow Horde members

Chief Chrisius reporting for duty

I have been awaiting a time when I can fully activate "The Blood Cell", it is good to be part of such a good strong team as this, and I have enjoyed following events as they have taken place and the first thousand years has unfolded.

You may or may not be aware that I was the founding father of this Horde along with Paddy, but sadly since its conception I have been unable to participate more fully due to intense workload. This has now eased to the extent that i am now hoping to get much more involved in the Horde

From the beginning i was looking to coordinate all our diplomatic and espionage activities from a single department, hence "The blood Cell", it will be from here that all future diplomacy and espionage will be overseen.

I believe we now have sight of the Lost Boys so contact is imminent, this means we now have contact with all other nations !!
so it will now be my task to assist and appoint various diplomats to specific teams and to take care of the unspoken activities of this department

As you all know we have already got one ambassador, Ljube who has worked tirelessly for the horde and achieved many great things, however it is my belief that we must now develop the foreign affairs of the horde to a higher level, and as such i am going to be looking to expand the diplomatic team and to have specific people deal with specific teams.

Now im not looking to have five ambassadors, no i think 2 will do for now and naturally Ljube is my first choice due to his experience thus far and his achievements for the horde.

This is a new baby and will take time to develop, so please bear with me, I have much to discuss with people and much to implement, and foresee this as an ongoing and evolving beast.

Mission statement for the Blood Cell and guidance of its team members :


Current members;

The Great Khan Paddy will be leading all discussions with "Ankh Morphak" for the forseeable future. This has been decided at a recent meeting of the inner circle of the "Blood cell", due to the change in relations between our two nations and the good relationship between our Khan and Ormuzd of AM.

Cheif Chrisius, head of this department and ambassador to our allies the Bards "Team Euphorica",

Agent PLATO, ambassador to "Team babylon", "Lost Boys" and "Desolation Row".

Agent ljube has handed in his Cell pass and has moved on to other duties within the Horde, I will take this opportunity to thank him for his supreme efforts during his time here at the Blood cell, and to wish him the very best of good fortune in his new career at the red guard!

It is the Remit of this organisation to gather intelligence from our competitors, in this we have the backing of the Great Khan to work as a team.

Individually it is our duty to regulary go forth and contact our designated teams and to gather intell, as subtley as we can! then to report back all news to the Cell for debriefing then passing over to our Khan all findings.

We are to deliver all offers and messages that the Horde as deemed suitable to our designated teams and have the remit to negotiate offers of trade as and when they are given and received, but always within any guidelines we may have been given and only after consultation with the Cell/Horde.

This organisation exists to further the Hordes grasp on this world and to keep the horde one step ahead, through teamwork and good organisation we shall achieve this ideall

Gentlemen of the Blood Cell,

We are undergoing growth and change, and in this we have charged into the new era. I ask you patience with me as I work through the following with you.

The Blood Cell continues to evolve, and once again has shown itself to be the premium agency within the Horde. Thank you one and all for your efforts.

The Blood Cell has two main functions.

1. Diplomatic, which contains Ambassadors, Emissaries and Diplomatic Couriers.

2. Espionage, Intelligence gathering of many varieties.



The Blood Cell

Chief: Chrisius Maximus, He is the Chief, simple as that. With him the buck stops.

Diplomatic Structure:

Chief Ambassador: Plato, all diplomatic staff report to Plato.

Ambassador to DR: Plato

Ambassador to Bards: Plato

Ambassador to A-M: Paddy

Emissary to Lost Boys: Nimitz

Emissary to Babylon: Ruby Chaser

Espionage Structure:

At this time Chris oversees all Intelligence missions. Due to there nature, details and staffing requirements are not available. The agents are known only as the "Carpenters." (something to be said next time you have a tradesman hanging around nearby with hammer and nail bag swinging in the breeze as you watch them sharpening the teeth on their saw...)



Gentlemen, It is imperative that Chris and Plato are kept in the loop of all operations that are taken on anywhere within the Blood Cell. This includes any Chats, Discussion Groups, Contact reports etc, whether they be within the team or with another nation.

There are several ways that they can be kept up to date.

1. Post details in the appropriate thread. As we know this is not always possible, due to sensitive issues etc, then please email the information to them.

2. If sending an email to any party, make sure that you Cc Chris and Plato. (please note that I do mean both of them.)

***This is very important. We are a great Nation, and in that we will only survive if the Leaders of this department are fully aware of the current situations and developments.

If any of you have an issue with these 2 points, please contact me so we can discuss them.



Posting information:

Please post chats and discussions on a particular foreign team in their applicable thread.

General discussions that cover many teams can be posted in the prime Blood Cell thread that is located at the top of page 1.

Also a new thread can be started on any issue.

Polls / Discussions:

Understanding that some issues will need to be polled. Yet in this we should nearly always run a discussion thread first. Get as much of the chat sorted, then present the case for all parties to read through and vote upon it.



Thank you for participating in all of this, your patience is great appreciatted. There are a few other issues that we will need to go through in the coming weeks.

The main point here is that Chris is kept current. You do not have to address the email to him, but by Cc'ing he and Plato in all correspodence will be a great help. Chris heads up our operations from a far away location, where he and his merry band of "carpenters" are ever vigilant and always preparing.

If for any reason you wish to convey something to another nation, you first come to the Blood cell to seek approval for your idea, No member of the Horde shall disobey this simple command !!

by way of an explanation but only to back up this proclamation ! there have been many occurances of late where certain Foreign agents have made contact with several Horde members at different times asking questions over and over, perhaps hoping to catch one of us out and to garner sensitive information.

This proclamation will put an end to this security leak and give the Horde ONE VOICE !!

As chief of this organisation i believe time has come for our Horde to consider the benefits of Culture!!

I see this as a necessary evil , whoops pardon the pun why ?

because it assists us in seeing an enemy approach !! with cultuure our borders expand increasing our line of sight dramatically.

It has to be added that with culture our towns can also have the room to expand and become cities, but the line of sight is certainly a good reason in its own right.

Well, I added worksamples based on observing 18 out of 100 units, and we came damn close, using an upgraded version of the Propain formula (I made it with another guy).

We lost the war, but won everything we had an influence on, primarily several great tactical battles. So we felt like Robert Lee and other Confederate Generals of sorts.
