The very first post in the Diplomacy: Reports, PMs, Instructions thread has everything you need to know, and has a place for ambassadors to update the status of affairs with their nation ... although, I tend to do all of the updating myself.

You may want to CC "Darekill" when contacting Neu Dem. He's very active and can respond in emergencies, and you'll want to get to know him as well as Picahulu.

That's all well and good, but where do we go to contact these people? What site are they? I am PMing both Picahulu and DareKill, but Picahulu has only 1 post here, so I doubt he checks often. There really needs to be a bit more info around - I have no idea what ND is beyond a rival Civ in the game - I have seen their thread, and recognise none of their names. Are they based somewhere else, or are they all lurkers normally?

Señor WIA, the ND team is a "foreigner" team with a german forum at some other site other than Apolyton (sorry I don't remember the name right now). That's why they have very little posts in Apolyton.

Picahulu is suposed to be the ND Ambassador to RP, but IIRC he has been quite inactive lately, so I think that you could PM Darekill and explain that Picahulu doesn't answer to your messages.

You can see the last messages interchanged with ND at the Diplomacy thread.
